Stayed Aug 2, 2025Nice option for a family. The property is in a quiet, working class neighborhood. It's a working-class home built around the 1920s or 1930s. It's in very good condition and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Good communication with owner. Fair price. I'd stay again, for sure.

Stayed May 21, 2026Cozy older home in a quiet neighborhood, just what we were looking for. Dogs enjoyed the fenced in yards and that was why we picked this home. Not far from downtown Bryan and all the great restaurants there. We also used the kitchen and it had everything we needed. Thank you for letting us stay!

Stayed Jan 21, 2026We were taking our dog for a check up at the A&M veterinary school. This was a perfect overnight stay. Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Only suggestion would be to add a handrail for the bathtub.

Stayed Aug 28, 2025My daughter and I and her friend came in town for a volleyball tournament and it was nice for the girls to have their own room and their own bed. The house is close to lots of things.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025This was a very clean and charming home. The neighborhood was quiet. If you are bringing a pet, the front gate needs a latch. The back yard is very nice and big but, there are some gaps in the chain link fence that could be zip tied together but if you have a big dog it would be ok. Also, the neighbors do not have their dogs on leashes . It is very close to grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed it!
