Cozy Downtown Cottage by the Gondola!

It's a delightfully cozy little house that is super to everything, especially the gondola. We didn't have to move our car once because everything was so walkable. And we really appreciated that the owners have someone shovel the back porch and sidewalks.

Great house and location in town. Perfect for our group. Hot tub was nice and Drew is very easy to work with. We will be back.

Great tiny house in a phenomenal location. Walk to everything. Great little backyard for dogs and a cool historic barn in the back that faces the alley. Enjoy.

I’m a big fan of these little houses that dot many western former mining towns. My adult son and I stayed here for a long ski weekend and had a great and memorable time. Amazing location - right around the corner from the Oak Street lift and the gondola and a short and easy walk in for morning coffee or evening dinner. The house also has an updated and fully equipped kitchen and dining area that allowed us to cook dinner in one night, and a nice living room/tv area for relaxing. In addition to the location, though, the real highlight was the private, backyard hot tub. So great to be able to kick back and enjoy looking at the mountains and stars after a day of skiing. I thought this was a great experience and we will definitely consider returning next year.

Great place to stay in downtown!

The property is exactly as described. Cozy cottage with a huge backyard. The kids loved playing in the snow. Highly recommend for a family with small children. We will definitely be back!

This place was enough room for our family of 4 and an amazing location just sets to the gondola. Drew was great with communication. We will definitely be back and rent this place!

Great location and cozy cottage was perfect and just blocks from Gondola and restaurants in town. The cottage stay made for a great trip to Telluride.

This is a good cabin for a couple or small family. My 23-year old son, 2 small dogs, and I stayed here and it was great for us. Close proximity to Main Street and the Gondola, we just needed a place to sleep 8 hours a day while we hiked, biked, dined etc around Telluride. I wouldn’t recommend 10 people stay here, but a young couple with young kids would be just fine. We had a great father/son trip here.

We really enjoyed this cozy, comfortable home! Location was perfect! Everything we needed was within walking distance.

Perfect location in the town of Telluride. Note that both bathrooms are on the main level and accessed by a spiral staircase from the main king sleeper room.
