Stayed Aug 23, 2025I would highly recommend this property! Excellent communication with the company from the time of booking until the time we left. The house had all the amenities needed and I loved the little welcome starter packages & after sun bag. Nice touches. Fantastic water pressure, super comfy beds & bedding. Awesome little coffee shop just around the corner, less than a 5 min walk. Easy walking to the cute downtown waterfront, easy short drive to shopping. Highly recommend & will stay here again!

Stayed Jul 14, 2025The place was great. Lots of room for our two Labs in the backyard. Beds were comfy. AC worked fine. Kitchen was well stocked. There is a bar and restaurant behind the alley, but both were very quiet. Freeway access is easy. Lots of restaurants and breweries in the neighborhood.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025Pros: the house is really cute with just about everything you need. The location is perfect and within walking distance of several really good restaurants. The Relic bbq place and Jimmy's Down The Street where favorites. Plus downtown CDA is only 10 minutes away. Also, we had an issue with the sprinklers going on for about 5 hours at a time and the rental company was very quick to respond to this issue. Cons: This place was filthy. The floor had mounds of dirt on it. I had to sweep the floor several times and it still seemed gritty. My socks were always dirty. I actually wiped parts of the floor with soap and water before my 9 month old granddaughter (who lives locally) was allowed on it while visiting. There was no mop present, so I am assuming the cleaning company only vacuumed the wood floors. We also found several dirty dishes, mostly pots and pans. And we had 4 dirty towels that were folded and put on the shelf for use. Also, the deck outside is in dire need of being completely replaced. There are many rotten boards on the deck and also on the steps that are a tripping and falling hazard. Several of them feel like you are falling through and there are many nails and screws showing.All in all, a good place to stay, but it needs upgrades and a new cleaning service.

Stayed Aug 2, 2024Charming well kept home with a relaxing atmosphere and easy access. Home is equipped with the necessary amenities. No issues whatsoever. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable home away from home.
