Great place to stay! We were visiting family and property nearby and not only was this house in a great location it suited our needs perfectly! We will stay again.

We were in town to help move our son. This location was perfect for our family and ease of parking. Easy access to stores, places to eat, and the highway. Thank you for a quiet, clean and pleasant stay.

In town to see family and wanted to stay in same place with my brother & his wife so we could visit at night & morning instead of getting 2 separate hotel rooms.

We stayed 3 days for a family reunion in kibler. The house is clean very comfortable and and nicely decorated. The hosts communicated with us regularly making sure we were comfortable and did not need anything. Would 100% stay again

We stayed at Cozy Cove when we were in town for my nephew’s graduation. The property was perfect for our family of 5. The neighborhood was very quiet and the property was very clean. The owner was very responsive to messages and gave perfect information regarding check-in and check-out. We will definitely book this property when we return to the area.

Nice home. Quiet neighborhood. We were hiking in state parks in northwest Arkansas so this was a very convenient location.

We were in the Van Buren area visiting family close by. Our experience was very good at this home. It was nicely decorated, cared for and communication was exceptional. The neighborhood felt very safe and that is one of my top considerations that you don't know coming into a vacation rental unless it is mentioned in the reviews. If the property was available again when we are coming that way again we would check to see if we could rent it. Thank you!

We stayed the weekend for a college football game. Had a great time. Check in process very easy and house is very clean. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Had a week long work project in Van Buren and this house was a perfect fit for us to stay at. Comfortable beds and recliners.

My family and I stayed at Cozy Cove to attend my sweet granddaughter’s 16th birthday up the road in Cedarville. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood while still being close to town. The owner was very communicative and responsive. The house met all our needs and was much better than booking 2-3 hotel rooms. We will definitely try to book Cozy Cove again when traveling to the area with the family.
