Everything about Denise’s place was great! We felt at home. We will definitely book here again when we visit Detroit!

Great getaway for our family. Cozy Cove is an accurate name for this home. The owner met us at the driveway when we arrived . Everything was exactly as described when we selected this home as our VRBO. The little touches left at the house were a great suprise, like small snacks, waters, and the extra toiletries in the bathroom. Definitely getting 5 stars from us and we'll be booking again for our next trip to Detroit.

Clean property. Coffemaker didnt't work unfortunately. Lot of noise from a house party a few houses dpwn on Saturday. Unusually narrow street to. Navigate with cars parked on both sides. The deiveqay entrance is pretty narrow as well

Nice place and very attentive to any needs

Very clean! Ground floor kitchen, living, and dining rooms were nicely furnished and very comfortable. Bedrooms on second floor were very hot at night, due to heat advisory during our stay. However, rooms were not well ventilated, and only one portable fan was available in the 3 bedrooms. We would recommend ceiling fans be installed in the bedrooms, and an exhaust fan in the upstairs bathroom. Other than difficulty sleeping due to the heat, the vacation rental was lovely and homey. We appreciated the owner, Denise, greeting us upon our arrival. It was comforting that she lived next door if we needed anything.

The house was very nice and exactly what was advertised. Denise goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is amazing. I’m so thankful for her hospitality.

The property was clean and roomy. Our host was very friendly. The 4 star review was because with the heat the upstairs needed ceiling fans. The heat and party next door kept us up most of the night.

Decent place nice area close for anyones amenities for shopping or downtown Detroit .

House exactly as described, very clean, lots of little extras, keurig coffee pods, snacks. Good location to fishing on lower end of St Claire. Would definitely book again!

Host was very personable and welcoming. She had lots of little extras in the kitchen, bath and in the bedrooms, making our stay quite relaxing; and had everything decorated beautifully too. The accommodation were great. Everyone had their own space. Quiet cozy location. The host had everything you needed to feel as if you were home. I would stay again!
