Cozy country retreat!- Close to River Run and Lake Jacksonville

Biggest issue was getting email eith address and how to access property which was more a expedia problem. Once the host knew i neesed the information i was contacted immediately.

Super cute, quiet spot. It was the perfect spot for our little family. We attended a wedding and needed a place to fit 5 and this served its purpose. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay here was lovely and so peaceful. I even saw deer in the yard one morning. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed, although we only ate breakfast there. The only thing missing was hot water to the bathroom sink. A box of tissues would have been nice, too.

The Airconditioning was Great Everything was well cleanedand couldnot have ask for more, Just one thing that would help since my wife is disabled if you could think about putting in hand rails in Bathroom to pull up from comode ,ETC

this was my 3rd stay because it's that comfortable, clean, and quiet. it's so much better than staying in a hotel. i like having the fridge, and i do enjoy the snacks that are there. it's easy to get my bags from the car and inside.

Perfect place to sleep with air conditioning for a hunting trip.

It was perfect for our weekend getaway. We will be back when we are back that way. It was close enough to town and yet still in the woods (:

Just. A couple of suggestions: some kind of cloths rack in the bedroom and also add a small table to hold your suitcase. Loved the place!

We enjoyed our stay at this adorable house in a very private and quiet setting. Would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect size for a small family. Very clean and cozy. The only thing that would have made it better is a bed that folds out from the couch. If your 5th occupant is a small child, the couch works out fine. If you do not have a small child it might not work for you.

If you have a draw hunt at the Neches Nature Preserve, this is a great place to stay at. Has all the amenities you need and close to all the units run by the forest Service. Host is great at staying on top of communication and helps with whatever you need.

We enjoyed our stay here so much!! Sitting outside, secluded in the woods, listening to the birds and wonderful rain was amazing! We also very much enjoyed the firepit and outdoor grill! This host provides everything you need and more! We will definitely be back!!

It was an adorable little home. We slept like babies(-: Each of the mattresses were so comfortable (-; We loved rocking in the beautiful old wooden rocking chair! We hope to make this a traditional annual trip

It was a nice place to stop and rest after a long day of riding trails. Easy to get to and find. Friendly neighbor. Had all the necessities

We were in town to visit friends and this was the perfect place to stay without the hassle of a hotel. Cute, all the basics, and nice to be in the woods instead of having to be in town. We were able to grill and they were delicious! Cute friendly dog was a plus for my 9 and 4 year old!
