Cozy Cottage Wooded Retreat

Sister weekend. After a busy day around Nashville we arrived at The Cozy Cottage and Melody had set up the cottage so warmly. It was lightly lit, fresh flowers and the cottage layout is so inviting. Trees surrounding the property, a great peaceful retreat and still an easy drive to Nashville. Thank you Melody and Joe

This was hands-down the best VRBO we've ever stayed at- we didn’t want to leave! The cottage is the perfect little getaway, nestled in the woods and surrounded by nature. Even though it’s just a short distance behind the main house, it felt incredibly private. We only saw the host when we accidentally locked ourselves out, and they were so friendly and responsive.The decor was spot-on, perfectly matching the Nashville and farm vibe- cozy, stylish, and full of charm. The living room was adorable, the bathroom was spotless and just right, and the bedroom had the most comfortable king bed ever. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The cottage was literally perfect. We’re already dreaming about coming back!

The Cozy Cottage was so adorable and the perfect getaway for my spouse and I! It is Nestled on top of a hill, surrounded by breath taking views of nature. Peaceful and relaxing to say the least.

Beautiful and quiet location in the country, but still close to town. When you walk in the door you'll feel like you're home. Wild turkeys and deer roam freely around the property. The hosts are so kind and were quick to answer any questions we had. Everything you need for your stay is provided. If it isn't here, you don't need it - lol! Would definitely stay here again.

I am actually from this area and the property was exactly as listed. It was very clean and the hospitality from the host was exceptional. It is very quiet and peaceful. The scenery around the property is so beautiful. I would return without hesitation to stay on my returns home, and would highly recommend to others.

From the moment you walk you, you feel at home and at peace. The home is very well kept and very comfortable. The best part was simply the peace and quiet you get while you are here. Perfect place for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of a city. The owners were wonderfully quick with any questions we had as well. If we come back to that area, we will be wanting to stay again.

This wooded retreat is exceptional. We enjoyed our stay and will remember the thoughtfulness of the hosts and the obvious effort they put to ensure comfort and rest. They thought of everything. We will visit again. There were no negatives and we can't say enough about out time in the woods.

If I could give 10 stars I would. The owners attention to detail and cleanliness made us feel so comfortable there. We slept so well and would definitely recommend this place to someone that wants a peaceful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city but yet still having close access to the highway.
