Cozy Cottage walking distance to Downtown!

Could not access the property for three days. Was not able to connect with the local property manager or with Virgo. Had to find other accommodations. When I finally got the code the lock box wouldn’t open at first until several attempts. Will not use this service again. The worst!

Outstanding house. Clean, well laid out, plenty of supplies and treats, and very well maintained. This property would rate an A in a large city, so I assume it's one of the best in Greeneville.

The home was very clean and easy to locate. The distance from activities was very reasonable, and you could even walk if you wanted to! The host was very helpful in the check-in and check-out process, replying quickly and effectively. I would stay here again in the future!

The little details throughout our cottage were awesome! This is our second stay here and we will definitely return again when we come back to Tennessee.

The house was absolutely beautiful inside and most comfortable. The host had left plenty of snacks and drinks in the house for our use which was not expected but greatly appreciated! We have booked a return trip to the area and will be staying there again.

Cute place very close to Downtown and close to Tusculum University. The host has snacks, drinks and any toiletries that you may have forgotten.

The host’s attention to detail is one of a kind! They left snacks, drinks, soap, toothpaste and toothbrush, coffee, etc. very cute home with Comfortable bed, clean kitchen and screened in back porch.

The home was exactly as described and the host was prompt with communication when required. This was the perfect home base when exploring the area!

We moved to TN 2 weeks ago and have run into many problems with our living arrangements which caused the need for us to stay in short term rentals. This was by far the cleanest- absolutely spotless! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and bake. The host left a number of snacks and drinks for us. Everything you might need or have forgotten as far as toiletries was also provided. These are the types of things that set str’s well above others. I’ve lost count as to how many I’ve stayed in but this is definitely one of the tops. It’s obvious when a host has really put thought into your stay as opposed to just renting their place for profit. It’s also very convenient as everything you need is within walking distance.

We were looking for a nice anniversary getaway and we love history, so Greeneville it was and it did not disappoint! This cottage is very well cared for and tastefully updated. Very clean and very comfortable. The location is on a quiet street right near the heart of town and allowed us to make the most of our short trip. Be advised that the train tracks are only a stones throw away, but we only heard it twice while there, and it just added to the experience for us.The Andrew Johnson home and visitor center was a highlight and very well done.Lots of great shops and restaurants downtown. We strolled nearby Tusculum University campus and made a short drive to nearby Margarette Falls, which was beautiful.It was everything we were expecting and more.

Wendy thought of everything to make us feel at home! The beds were super comfortable and we would definitely book again!

It could not have been nicer for the area.

This was our second time staying at the Cozy Cottage. The description of the house is accurate. Once again, we found the house to be very clean and well stocked with dishes and linens that we would need. The location is convenient to our relatives who live in Greeneville and is near stores, shops, restaurants, and historical sites. There is WiFi which allows you to stream networks while you relax in the evening. We love that there is a washer and dryer at the house as not all rentals have one available. There is a train that runs nearby 3-5 times daily at various hours of the day and night. The first night we stayed last fall, it was a bit of a surprise when we woke to its sound at 4 am but we got used to it and it didn’t even phase us after that. To get the quickest response, the best way to communicate with the host is by text. We’ve enjoyed our stay both last fall and again last week and plan to rent from Wendy again.

This property provides for a most comfortable stay. The host has anticipated the guest and provided, in good taste, for one’s needs and enjoyment.

My husband, daughter & I came from WNC to Greeneville for a show at Niswonger and just needed a place to get away for a bit from the Helene aftermath that’s still very prevalent in our county. This house was so welcoming, clean and full of charm! Although short, the getaway has definitely refreshed us for another long week back home. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future! We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was immaculate and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice also. Check-in was super easy and because we came in at night it was very nice that the security lights came on when we came up to the house.

The house is is exactly described, and the owner went above and beyond by not only having a beautiful Christmas tree, but also providing snacks and drinks in the refrigerator. We were five minutes from downtown and five minutes from a beautiful park decorated with Christmas lights. Would definitely Stay here again

Lived this house and its renovations

We were very pleased upon entering Wendy’s Cozy Cottage as it was accurately described in her VRBO listing. It was conveniently located in town near our relatives, stores, and restaurants. We cooked several meals in the well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the home was very clean. Having a washer and dryer was very handy since we stayed for over a week. The shower worked well and there was an ample supply of hot water. We enjoyed our stay there and will check for availability to rent again when in the area.

We had an outstanding stay at this property. Quiet neighborhood, house was gorgeous and very clean. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautifully maintained home in a pretty location. It was a great experience. Greeneville has lots of train tracks, which is part of its charm. The sound of the train track added to the experience and we didn’t mind it at all, just something to be aware of if you don’t care for trains.
