Please note: Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and is limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

    We have stayed at this property twice now, and rented from 360 Blue many times. This property is among our favs, if not THE fav. Very, very clean; well stocked kitchen including expresso maker; large fridge with icemaker; extremely comfortable beds and pillows (and my husband and I have bad backs and usually sleep on Tempurpedic mattress); Location is EXCELLENT. Close to Seaside cut thru and Watercolor Beach Club & Boathouse; great washer and dryer. Upstairs provides privacy for those staying up there and/or for anyone needing to work (at desk area); 3 good working bikes with locks, plus a wagon to take things for beach. Also the rainfall shower and water pressure in the master is amazing! 360 blue was very responsive if we had questions, etc. (even after hours). The only suggestions I would recommend to property manager is 1. to have plug in night lights in bathrooms (so you don’t need to leave a light on at night to find bathroom)2. Put a small trashcan in laundry room. 3. Update outdated TV/remote control instructions for each room with tvs. We will DEFINITELY stay here again. Wish small pets were allowed, though.     The check-in process was simple. Our rental property agent gave us a heads up that someone was coming to look at some tiles in that bathroom. They must have looked at it before we got there because nobody came while we were there. I was wowed by the property upon walking in and heading down the long hallway into the kitchen/living room area. The place was very clean. The kitchen appliances were very nice and modern. The pots and pans were good quality. There is a very large pantry right off of the kitchen. They provide a small starter box of dishwasher tabs, kitchen wipes, dish soap, 2 laundry pods. There were paper towels on the holder - not sure if they were left from previous renter or they give you one. There were 10 of us from ages 15-70. The bedroom upstairs was great for all of the kids to sleep in. Very spacious and fun for the kids. Beds all got feedback for comfort. Those who used it gave rave reviews about the shower head in the king room bathroom. The washer and dryer are very large which is appreciated with 10 people. It also helped that the swimming areas provided beach towels so we did not have to wash beach towels everyday. We used the 3 bikes they provided everyday as well as the screen-in front porch.The community IS adorable. Beautiful, well kept and simple but elegant homes of all sizes with sidewalks. Watercolor was perfect for 1st time visitors to 30A.

    This house is perfect for the ideal Watercolor vacation. Amazing location with a convenient walk to the beach, pool and town. House is very clean and you can tell they have put a ton of effort into a remodeling in recent years. 10/10.

    The house was wonderful and a great location. We'll most likely use the property again. Two things that could be improved upon. No broom was found in the house, vacuum didn't work. Other than that, it was an amazing stay!

    The home we stayed in is beautifully built and very spacious. Perfect amount of space for a family. The bedrooms are large and each had its own bath. Unfortunately, the wifi in this home is very poor. There was only one place in the house upstairs in a loft area where wifi was strong. And there are spots in the home where there is no cell reception was making it difficult to use cellular data when the wifi did not work. The new Camp Watercolor area is fantastic. A really nice addition. Unfortunately, the beach club construction made for a pretty big hassle. While we enjoyed our week overall, we all agreed the experience was not as good as in all the years prior. I'm sure we'll come back but not until the beach club is complete. The service and convenience were off this summer.
