My girlfriends and I held our annual reunion here and it was the perfect little house for us. A place to relax after being out all day, a well appointed kitchen, extremely clean and lots of extra touches like snacks, fans in the bedrooms, charging stations next to the beds, and some toiletries. Also, very comfortable beds & pillows, and nice quality towels. We would definitely rent here again if we ever come back to the area. We spent most of our time in the Luray area, so it was quite a bit of driving, but we were glad we chose this home.
Great
The house was everything we were looking for. It was extremely clean and tidy. It’s proximity to everything was amazing. Everything functioned exactly as it should with zero complaints and the treat basket in the kitchen was so cute. Everything about this stay was amazing and exactly what we wanted. We even got some decorating ideas. We will definitely be staying here next time.
What!? This place is amazing. My kids felt so at home, it was like we lived there. We only stayed one night because this was at the halfway point of our roadtrip up the east coast, but it was so homey and cozy, we wished we could stay more. The layout was fantastic, the bedrooms cozy, the multiple tubs wonderful for kids, the back deck just right. It's kinda exposed in the neighborhood, no trees around, etc, but that is apparently the way they roll in this town so we just closed the blinds for privacy. It's a very small town with not much going on in the town itself that we saw, and since we were only staying for one night, we can't recommend the area necessarily, but the surrounding valley is lovely and we saw lots of vineyards to explore on the way in and no doubt there's great hiking to be had in the mountains and foothills all around! At night, we got some great take-out at a nearby beer & burger place. Everything in the house is brand new and labeled clearly for us renters. The free coffee, free snacks, and netflix enabled roku were all very nice touches. We've rented a lot of homes and this place is top notch.
