Cozy cottage in quiet Inlet Beach

This cottage was the perfect place for a family of four getaway. It was close to absolutely everything in Rosemary Beach. We had a great stay here and will definitely be back in the future!

We stayed here in July 2023. The house is very nice, clean, and in a safe neighborhood. There is a poodle next door that comes to visit to make sure everyone is ok. The basketball hoop in the front was great for kids. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals for kids. I suggest getting a couple of cases/jugs of water as there is no filter in the fridge. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. The house is a short drive to inlet beach access. You can walk it but it’ll take some time and you’ll have to cross a busy road. Get to the beach early as the parking fills up VERY quickly after 10-11am. Good luck finding a spot after that. The house is away from all the commotion of seacrest and Rosemary but those places are easily accessible via a short drive. We liked it and will likely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was very close to beach public access and it was a nice neighborhood to take evening walks with the family. The cottage had everything you needed to have a comfortable stay!

The property is just as described. Short drive to beach. Nice living room and kitchen. They had 3 bikes, available, beach chairs and umbrella and extra boogie boards. We would definitely stay here again!

Joy was an absolutely pleasure to work with! Her home is just perfect…cozy comfortable and very well appointed and maintained. Great area! This little house provided much needed peace and tranquility!

The house was nicely decorated, spacious & had quality linens/towels. The host was responsive to our needs, cordial in all communication & gave us some much appreciated tips for our beach trip. We had a couple of issues at the house upon arrival that were quickly addressed. The location of the house was great for us. It was just a short drive to Inlet Beach & 30A. The only shortcoming for us was not being fully aware in advance of the list of items we would need to provide for ourselves to make our 5 day trip comfortable (trash bags, laundry supplies, dish washer soap, liquid hand soap, paper towels, k cups & toilet paper). It would have been helpful to receive a welcome letter letting us know to pack these items rather than have to add them to our shopping list for our 5 day stay. To be fair, the host does provide a small starter pack that includes 1 roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper for each restroom, but given that tp is listed as an amenity for the property I failed to add it to our shopping list which meant another unexpected trip to the store. We’ve stayed in over 30 guest homes and providing our own toilet paper was a first for us. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would happily stay here again, but we would definitely be more prepared next time!

We had a great time as a group of 3 at this cottage! We had what we needed and easy access to the grocery store, beach, restaurants, etc! Would definitely stay again!

Joy was very responsive with any questions I had. The beach chairs, towels and umbrella were so appreciated! Cute house and would definitely stay there again.

Home was convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Very clean, nice amenities. Home was tastefully decorated. Owner communicated in a timely manner.

Fantastic cottage a short bike ride to the beach. We loved everything about This home. Roomy. Clean. And everything we needed. The bikes were perfect for going to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Thank you Joy for sharing your home and being so easy to reach.
