Stayed Oct 13, 2025The Cozy Cottage was very clean. The location was excellent to downtown Hendersonville and surrounding services. Beds were comfortable. Television and HVAC were great. The property was as described. Pet friendly with large flat yard was nice. Current height of bathroom toilets would be a problem for seniors or those with disabilities. ADA height would definitely be welcomed. More face cloths would have been appreciated. We felt safe here and would stay again if in Hendersonville.

Stayed Nov 18, 2022We needed a place close to Jackson Park and Downtown Hendersonville for an event over the weekend and Vicki's house was perfect. Plenty of room for 3 people and pet friendly, with a neighboring field perfect for playing fetch with the pup. The house is clean and spacious and its location is hard to beat. Thank you!

Stayed Oct 24, 2022Despite its relaxing country atmosphere, the home was centrally located to many amenities in Hendersonville, Brevard, Ashville, and Pisgah National Forest. The home was spacious, welcoming, warm with all the right provisions. Our hosts were gracious and responsive. While we’ve done VRBOs for more than a decade, it was cool to be in the first-week launch of this rental and we are so grateful they permit pets. The expansive mowed lawn was enjoyed by our dog.

Stayed Oct 21, 2022Absolutely loved this house. The furniture was super comfortable. New mattress slept very well. This house has plenty of room for the whole family, with 3 bedrooms. The spacious grounds left plenty of space for our active dog to run & play. Very good location - close to several apple farms & downtown Hendersonville. We will definitely return!
