Jamaica Beach is a unique community located on Galveston's West End. It is a small-town community with full-time residents as well as visitors who appreciate the scenic sunsets, the quiet streets for walking/bicycling, and the friendliness of everyone.
Our beach house is located conveniently near the bird sanctuary, Galveston St. Park, and the beach. Jamaica Beach has its own new public pool with a huge shallow area for the kids. Admission fee is $5/day per person with children under

Stayed Mar 17, 2025Cute cottage. Well stocked with all needs for cooking and bath towels. All appliances worked well. The windows and screens could use some cleaning and TLC. The pull out bed in livingroom icould use a better mattress. the cottage is in a great location and overall we had a wonderful stay.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024The house was clean but small. The porch needs work or replaced but all and all met our needs. Vacation was cut short due to the weather we only stayed two nights.

Stayed Dec 23, 2023It was likely built a long time ago. It is maintained well and clean. It worked well for us to cook breakfast in the well-put together kitchen and then head out to be with family and do some museums, The Strand, seafood, walk on the beach. Our only suggestion to improve the inside look is to buy a couple of newer chairs for the living room.

Stayed Nov 10, 2023Absolutely loved it! House was the perfect size for my husband and I. Had everything we needed. Was cozy, comfortable and quiet. Owners communicated well, friendly and very informative. Will definitely be coming back to visit and would love to stay here again. Highly recommend!!!

Stayed Nov 3, 2022Very nice cottage, perfect size for my husband and I. Very clean and kitchen was equipped with the essentials needed to cook a full meal. The only thing I could say negative is the shower is very small. I would stay here again.
