Cozy cottage 3/4 mile from Oak Bluffs harbor

Lovely little cottage perfect for our stay on the Vineyard with all the essentials and a nice sunroom. We especially loved the outdoor shower just off the downstairs bedroom.

3 nights over Mother's Day weekend with two couples. Comfortable, quiet, easy access to Oak Bluffs, Vineyard Haven, and a good home base for exploring the rest of the island. Also good to just hang out at the house. Beach chairs and bikes were handy, as was the laundry. We would stay here again for sure.

The cottage is surrounded by trees and is very peaceful. We walked to the Martha’s Vineyard transit stop without any trouble. We got an Uber on the way back since it was after sunset. The porch was a relaxing start to the day watching squirrels play. Everything at the property worked and was as advertised!

The place was very convenient for us. Close to family. Would absolutely stay again

We were lucky to find this place after planning a last minute trip to the Vineyard. Plenty of room for our party of 4. The location was great for our stay in Oak Bluffs, walkable to food, Circuit Ave, Inkwell Beach, the library, and more. The bikes in the shed were a huge bonus for getting around, even down to Nomans. Our hosts were very responsive with a couple of needs that came up. Would recommend and return in future!

Hello Jon, I wanted to start out by saying the location of the house was great and the size was perfect for the four of us. Obvious a lot of hard work went into the remodeling. We really enjoyed the family photo album of the process. BUT the cleanliness was unacceptable!! I have some photos unfortunately, I can’t post them all. It is very obvious that nobody has cleaned that house or done a walk-through in a very, very long time. The amount of spiders and cobwebs tells me that and your maid is not doing her job. I had so much more to this email with better details, but unfortunately, I’m not able to communicate directly with you. This was a birthday vacation for my sister and it was quite embarrassing. I would like to be compensated in a way that we would both find fair. Thank you

This property is perfect for a trip to Martha’s Vineyard; it’s close to many restaurants and very easy to get around. The sunroom and outdoor shower are fantastic! I recommend this to anyone looking to visit the island.

Stayed here with 3 friends as we were running the marathon. Better than the photos! So cute, everything was thoughtfully set up, we had anything we needed and having a washer dryer was a huge bonus! Flexible check in as well. Secluded, but easily walkable to many great places to eat and shop. Would 100% stay here again, highly recommend.

We had the best time at Jon & Peters Cottage! It was the perfect place to relax at with the outdoor showering being a big plus for us! Location is ideal with only a short walk to Oak Bluffs downtown or short drive to Edgartown! The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed! The hosts were so quick to respond and were very accommodating! Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Everything about this property wuz awesome. This has nothing to do w/ the property, but the walk to Oak Bluffs waterfront wuz a little hairy w/ no sidewalks, especially in the dark. We only walked once & then opted for quick $20 Uber rides which were e-z to get. Awesome vacation.

My friend and I had a wonderful time! The house was clean and well equippwd with everything we needed, can't wait to stay again!
