Cozy contemporary waterfront property cabin near Sedona.

This place is on a little slice of paradise! The pictures are all accurately depicting the green grass and lush vegetation. The cabin itself is as described, and the pool was clean and refreshing. About a 10-15 minute drive to wineries. The path to the creek on the property was well manicured with cool green grass, then concrete steps taking you directly to the waters edge. The sound of the creek was peaceful. The mulberry tree was loaded with berries to snack on too! A great property for all ages!

What a beautiful and peaceful location! The cabin sits on a grassy property walking distance from the creek. The cabin is so cute and immaculately clean. Host April was super to work with and made everything so easy. We loved this rental and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! Such a cozy and well kept little cabin on secluded grounds. April was a lovely, kind and helpful host. The upstairs loft and deck is so cozy! If ever in the area we would happily stay again!

Host was amazing! Loved the breakfast items left for us. So thoughtful. The location by the creek and play area was wonderful for the kids.

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend. Unfortunately the pool was empty, which was very disappointing with the exceptionally hot weather. The breakfast goodies were a nice surprise. Unit was well equipped with towels, bedding and kitchen supplies!

This is a beautiful and quiet property. Perfect for a getaway from the city and just a few minutes from Sedona.The owner, April was fantastic and very accommodating. We love her.Would certainly rebook again if I am in the Sedona area

We stayed here for a weekend in Cornville while visiting the Cottonwood wine country area.The cabin is cozy and spacious. The layout works well with a full kitchen, loft, deck, and plenty of room to relax. It feels private and peaceful. The staff was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with.A few important notes for future guests.The mattress is very old and you can feel the springs. It needs to be replaced. The pillows and couch cushions are also very dated and have lost much of their comfort.The shower is very low. If you are taller than about 5 feet 5 inches, you will need to bend to wash your hair.There is no AT&T cell service at the property. You will need to rely on WiFi, which worked fine for us.Access requires about a one mile drive on narrow dirt roads. Make sure you have a vehicle that can handle tight, unpaved roads. You also cross a narrow bridge. When we visited, there were over two inches of water on it. Use caution after rain or snow runoff.With updated bedding and refreshed furnishings, this would be a much stronger stay.

Absolutely incredible property. The only thing better than the property was the host/owner April.If you're looking for a beautiful, tranquil and peaceful get away there is no place better. And such a short drive for the valley.

This property was off the beaten path and quiet, the cabin was very clean and the perfect cabin vibe. April was very nice when she welcomed us to the property / showed us to the cabin and even provided breakfast provisions! Only thing I would note is this is on a property with 2 other houses and the cabin is attached to what I think they referred to as bunk houses so it isn’t quite a standalone or isolated if that’s what you are looking for.

Beautiful property and cabin. Host left breakfast supplies for us which was awesome! This cabin is out aways in the country, so bring what you need as it is a dirt road in and out. But only like 20 mins from Cottonwood and 20-25 mins to Sedona. But all and all, i beautiful place to hang and relax! Thanks to the host!

We stayed 2 nights and had a great time. Loved our host, loved the property and loved this hidden gem in the Cornville area.

Nice and cozy cabin. It was clean and in a beautiful surrounding. Only concern is how isolated it is from other homes. Lots of dirt road and pitch dark at night so travel to the cabin was difficult once it got dark.

The property was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be near Sedona but not in Sedona.

This cabin is located on a beautiful property located right on Oak Creek. The drive in includes about 10 min on a dirt road, so be sure to be prepared for that. Once you get to the cabin, the property is quiet and a slice of heaven.

The property was lush and picturesque and April was great.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Great space on a very beautiful property. Had everything we needed. Would definitely come back to this oasis on creek.
