Stayed Mar 1, 2024I give this Condo a 3 out of 5 mostly due to location. The condo is located in the edge of an semi industrial area. No walkability. Be prepared for lots of air traffic over head and lots of barking dogs walking past your balcony. The condo itself is clean and comfortable. We would have enjoyed a balcony with sunlight. We would have appreciated a bit more information upon arrival. We did finally discover that there are 2 swimming pools (one heated, one not) and a leisure centre. We enjoyed her 2 large televisions; however, a very limited choice of cable stations.

Stayed Jan 1, 2024This was our first visit to Arizona! Loved the landscape and the people that we met. Found Phoenix to be just too busy for us. Traffic was overwhelming. We enjoyed our condo and our host did everything to make us comfortable. I would recommend this rental. Cheryl and Lyn
