Super cozy and comfortable 3 bedroom condo tucked away at the Waterville Estates Resort. You`ll enjoy access to one of the area`s best amenities center, including 2 indoor pools, hot tub, 2 outdoor pools, on-site ski mountain and pond with beach, and seasonal on-site bars and dining. Ideally located in the heart of the White Mountains, you`ll be just a stone`s throw from the area`s top attractions, but there`s so much right on-site to enjoy!

Waterville Estates is a resort community inthe heart of the White Mountains. On-site amenities include:
2 indoor and 2 outdoor pools, all heated
indoor and outdoor hot tubs
locker rooms, fitness facilities, game room
multiple dining/bar options
pond for fishing/kayaking and swimming with diving raft
tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball courts
6 plus miles of walking/hiking/snowshoeing trails

one pass to the rec center is included, day passes will need to be purchased for remaining guests. We only allow 7 guests in the house, so only 7 guests will be allowed entry into the rec building.
