Located just 3 blocks from PARK AVE to the east and 2 blocks from THE WINTER PARK VILLAGE to the west. Vast amounts of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Parks and museums within easy walking distance as well. We have bikes available on property for your use as well, free, of course. Cheesecake Factory and PF Chang's two blocks away.

Stayed Mar 24, 2024This is my second stay at this property, and will definitely be back again! The duplex is in such a great area. The accommodations are so comfortable. The pool is great. And Chris is a wonderful host!

Stayed May 30, 2023Bedrooms were comfortable and having a proper desk was convenient for remote work. Chris was very responsive to a couple of issues that came up during our 2-month stay. Nice to have access to the lovely pool in the property adjacent.

Stayed Jan 2, 2023The home in Winter Park is in a perfect location and has everything you need all in a very comfortable space. Walking distance to Park Avenue, quick drive to downtown Orlando and access to I-4 made this a very convenient location for me on a work trip. Great internet, working area, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living spaces were so welcomed and appreciated. I also loved having a fenced in space for my dog, and pool area to use. Great space, highly recommend!
