Stayed Aug 16, 2025We had a wonderful time at Sunshine House! This house was just right for the trip we wanted. We could walk 10 minutes to the downtown area for shopping, dinner, drinks, and dessert. Assateague was only about a 20 minute drive away. The house was clean and well cared for. Supplies were well organized, so it was easy to find what we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed to easily make small meals. The bathrooms were clean and in great condition. All the furniture was comfortable for lounging after a long day at the beach. The kids really enjoyed the foosball table, and I enjoyed the hammock out on the back deck. Our host was very attentive to our needs. He was quick to respond to messages. He also provided us additional information on activities and attractions in the area. Overall, we appreciated the location and quality of this home away from home. Everything was perfect!

Stayed Jul 13, 2024It was really wonderful. The house was well taken care of and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated all the access to the yard toys. Jeb was great in sending recommendations and very responsive. The location was great, walking distance to downtown Berlin which was cute with a bunch of shops and restaurants, and 15 min to Ocean City or Assateuge. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Jul 29, 2023We had a lovely time at Jeb’s place. The house is spacious and very comfortable and we really appreciated extra touches like water and beer left in the fridge. Spent relaxed mornings on the back deck and our pooch enjoyed the spacious yard. Easy walking distance to Main St Berlin and a short drive to our favourite Assateague beaches. Jeb was thoughtful and easy to communicate with. Thank you for a wonderful break!
