Cozy Coastal Home: Pool + Close to Beaches

It was very nice clean nice neighborhood and if I go on vacation next year, I might try to get that house again

This is a wonderful property and we will definitely book again when we are in the area! From the minute we walked in, we felt we'd found a fantastic home away from home. We were ready to move in and thought we could stay for the rest of our lives! The attention to detail is impeccable. The house was spotlessly clean, and there were many thoughtful touches that made it feel like the perfect combination of home and luxury hotel. For example: the shower head in the master bath is delightful, there were makeup remover wipes available, the hair dryer had a diffuser, the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we could need, the beds had crisp white bedding and were very comfortable, there were plenty of pool towels available, there was laundry detergent for the washer, there were lots of fun pool toys, and so on... just every detail covered. We were so happy to be able to bring our dogs, who had a wonderful time playing in the securely fenced yard. Communication was great and so friendly; I had no complaints during our stay but reached out about a few small things and Taylor was responsive and helpful. She even gave us the okay to give our dog a frisbee we found in the garage, even though I told her he'd probably destroy it. (He had the time of his life playing with it and yes, did destroy it, but it made his vacation!). This really is what one hopes for in a VRBO in every way. Thank you for a wonderful stay and I look forward to booking again in the future.

This is a nice home away from home. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. Beds and linens were comfortable.

We stayed one night and it was perfect! We used the grill, the fire pit, the location was great and easy to access. I would recommend this to everyone!

I stayed at this house with family and 2 small dogs. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the house and especially the backyard. The pool was the perfect size to hang out in and we had it heated to make it super comfortable. The dogs loved the backyard and we felt very safe with them running around, as it was very secure. The open floorplan made it the perfect space for us to cook and hang out. Taylor was super responsive and made sure we were taken care of the whole stay. Would highly recommend this house to anyone and definitely plan on staying there again.

First and foremost we planned on staying just a few days until we could move into our home, but alas had to extend!, the process of extending was easy and Taylor did a wonderful job extending our stay for an extra two days. The house was so comfortable, perfectly laid out, and so cozy we almost didn’t want to leave!!!. Everything was easy and explained, using the garage was a lifesaver since we kept the keep out of the rain and we’re able to load up the truck bed in the morning free of water and rain. This was the first place we stayed at all summer that we got to use the garage, so thanks so much for that!! -Kris

We only stayed 1 night. We had kids who wanted to swim. We were not allowed in till 4pm and the kids only got to swim about an hour because check in was so late and then we had to leave by 10am so they couldn't swim the next day either. The screen door was ripped and pool area need landscaping and grass cut. Laundry in garage. The cost was over 600 for 1 night. The fees were outrageous. This is a nicely remodeled home but not worth OVER 600 a night.

The property was very clean and well maintained. We loved the decor and the beds were amazingly comfortable! We would definitely stay again.

We stayed for almost 2 weeks (3 adults, 2 dogs) and spent many days lounging by the pool, and the dogs loved the freedom of the fully fenced yard. The house is located VERY close to the stores and restaurants of Palm Coast. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Many (if not all) beaches in the area are dog friendly, which was a huge plus. The intracoastal waterways (travel towards Marineland and keep going over two bridges to the Matanzas River) were amazing and allowed you to swim without waves. The fishing there is excellent. Fantastic restaurants, especially heading toward Flagler and Marineland (checkout the Turtle Shack Cafe if you stay). The home itself had VERY comfortable beds and pillows, and the Smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room were a huge plus. The showerheads were amazing (felt like standing underneath a waterfall). Overall, the house is well-kept and nice. You have access to a garage for the car and plenty of beds. The hosts, Taylor and Tom, were kind, very fast to respond, and went above and beyond to fix a minor issue we had during our stay.
