This cabin/house was exceptional and had the space, well decorated and what we needed for a quiet, peaceful vacation. And the view we had every day was spectacular. No doubt we will return.
Property was cleaned and well stocked . Nice cabin .Horrible Parking , very dangerous in winter conditions even with 4wd .
Enjoyed the view from the balcony..
It was nice to arrive and find a beautiful cozy place. I initially had some trouble getting in with the door (probably me) but they were very responsive and walked me through how to get in. It was nicely supplied. Even down to the shampoo and conditiner. I stayed mid week to get some planning done with out distraction. And I didn't see another person my entire time except for going down to The Pantry for breakfast!I would come again in a heartbeat.
It was a cute little house but still big enough for us to move around. We got to have some snow when we stayed. Awesome view of the mountains. I would stay here again.
It was a great vacation and the place was just perfect!
Very nice- we really enjoyed our stay!
My cousin, Judy, and I totally enjoyed our stay at this really clean and quiet home in Green Mountain, Colorado. Hope to be able to come back next year with family.
This was my best stay so far! Clean, comfortable, matched what was advertised! Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed! Great location near some beautiful hiking trails and waterfalls!
Absolutely beautiful, quiet and cozy cabin. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of scenic views, including stargazing at night from the deck. Appreciated the amenities, too! Friendly neighbors, too!
Wanted to stay in Manitou Springs but this rental was worth the drive! Only 10 minutes away and tucked away in quiet neighborhood with a great hiking trail. Quirky house but the owners thought of everything with one, small exception-room-darkening window coverings. Easy to look past due to comfort and all the details they got right. Keurig and drip coffee maker on site, plenty to cook with and there is laundry but you’ll have to bring soap which is to be expected. Cozy, charming and the owner’s care for great hospitality shines through!
Great location for many of the local mountain / hiking / exploration experiences.
Comfortable stay. Good access to hwy and nearby sites
Everything is very clean, the neighborhood is quiet, it is close to several places, I love the place, I would definitely return
Pros: Spacious kitchen and sitting area Beautiful views with lots of wildlife Fully stocked Cons: Sleeping accomodations This house is absolutely beautiful with gorgeous surroundings. Overall we enjoyed our stay but had some personal gripes that others may not share. Sleeping was near impossible for us so just be aware of a few things. 1. The one room is very very small. Night one it caused me to have a panic attack and I had to sleep on the couch during my stay. 2. The dinning table is the only place for people to gather and converse while being able to look at each other. The chairs are awful for more thanks a 30min meal. 3. The buzzing router in one of the rooms could not be shut off because it gave internet to other homes in the area. A quite house with a high pitched whining buzz in your room is very unpleasant to try and sleep. 4. The beds were so creaky! Every movement made them creak or the whole bed shake. The pillows were great though. In the end, would not stay here again. It was true to posting, just personal gripes and when you don't sleep you don't have a good vacation.
We found everything was very clean and worked as expected. Well equipped kitchen. Good location close to Colorado Springs, but up on the mountain on a unpaved road. Definitely felt like you were out of the city. Nice quiet getaway. We hiked and saw some of the sights in Colorado Springs, which has plenty of stuff to do and see. Would stay here again.
The cabin was great! Very clean & we'll kept. One of the bedrooms is pretty small & tight but definitely not a deal breaker. The location was perfect for our stay. Close enough for everything we wanted to do & see but perfect distance from the traffic. The price was great too. We would definitely stay here again
This was a great place to stay, just as described. Very close to many things. Will definitely like to stay here again.
Although the house was very lovely, there was no mention of the steep staircase leading down to the living room. The house was portrayed like as a secluded property, this is not the case. Since my husband and I were so active during the day, we didn’t feel like going back up the steep, little size steps to try another bed for a couple of days. The pull out bed downstairs should not be considered an additional bed space until or unless the pull out couch is replaced or a new mattress is put on. We did enjoy our stay and the house was very clean.
Wonderful views, great neighbors, cute cabin!
Property was extremely clean and thought of everything their guests might need. Will definitely return and recommend to family and friends.
Everything was wonderful, had a great time. Only complaint was the house stunk like stinky plug-in air fresheners. Had to wash all the bedding on the first day to get the smell out.
Lovely property. With descent amenities. My only complaint would be the plug in air fresheners. If your sensitive to perfumes this might not be the place for you.
Not so friendly neighbor. Sign not visiable. Poor check in directions.
Such a peaceful and relaxing stay! Very accommodating, neat and clean! We will all definitely be back!!
