The property was exactly as described. Loved the attention to the small things that made it feel like home. Box fans in all bedrooms, pack and plays, and baby gates. The private pool was an added bonus, and key with littles. We did pay the extra small fee for the golf cart usage. This made travel to and from the beach much easier. Definitely would stay here again.

My sisters and I really enjoyed our stay there. When we had a question our a problem, Michael was easy to reach and would respond quickly.

We had a great stay! We really enjoyed the location. It was close to everything and allowed us to avoid the busy spring break crowds. The house was super clean and well stocked. Mike was a great host and did a great job communicating.

Everything was wonderful and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing that could have been a tiny bit better was the amount of toilet paper provided for the length of stay and number of people in the house. Michael is a very attentive host and is very kind and easily available for any needs or questions that come up.

Everything! My kids especially liked the triple bunk room! Hope we can come back!

The house was really nice, clean, and spacious. It is honestly perfect for the 8 people we had! Super close to the beach and was close to tons of shopping and restaurants. My family and I enjoyed the heated pool the most, I’d say! The hosts are also really nice and hospitable! Very welcoming and they were able to answer every question we had. Hopefully we will able to book with them again in the future. Highly recommend!

My family and I stayed here because i was getting married in Fort Walton Beach, and this house was just what we needed.The rooms were cozy, the beds were comfortable, and the house was very conveniently located right down the street from the beach and so many stores. Mike was warm and welcoming, he texted and called before we checked in to make sure we were taken care of. Any questions I had during our stay, I texted him and he replied quickly and was very helpful. The backyard space is amazing, the pool was a nice little luxury to go swimming at any hour of the day. We were only 7 people staying here, and the cost was more than reasonable for what we received.

First trip to the Destin area. We were not disappointed. Beautiful beaches and great atmosphere. Our home was extremely close to the beach. Golf cart was a great option for travel. The back yard/pool area was a perfect location to relax and be social.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The house was clean and we had plenty of room. We loved the neighborhood and the proximity to the beach, restaurants , and shopping. We all enjoyed relaxing at the pool in a very pleasant backyard. The host was readily available and very helpful. We had a wonderful week!

Perfect beach house near everything needed and wanted. Backyard pool and yard was lovely and inviting. Porches and balconies from every room are so relaxing and enjoyable. House has many attractive features with beautiful flooring, kitchen, and bath, and open living area is a great place for everyone to gather. Child safety gate on back porch to pool area gave piece of mind, and other child friendly extras like crib and pool toys were much appreciated by our family! The golf cart is a wonderful option to have, making the trips to the beach with supplies and family or just fun little trips around the neighborhood a special treat! Hosts Mike and Leiann are easy to get a hold of and did a wonderful job preparing for our visit! Loved our stay, would come again to this outstanding property!

This property was perfect for our family vacation including my husband and I, our 3 children and their significant others and 2 grandsons ages 5 and 2. The property is spacious and clean. The hosts are communicative and very kind. We enjoyed the beach with the help of their golf cart. (that we also rented from them). We also enjoyed the pool! We made lots of wonderful memories!

Very accommodating home in a wonderful family, friendly community

Our family (3 adult children and spouses and 4 grand children), spent the week at this beautiful home and location. The home had an awesome pool and the right amount of bedrooms we needed, and they were all very nice. The pool was the big hit with the grandkids, especially in the afternoon when it was mostly shaded. The neighborhood was great for walking to/from the beach and there were 2 other great beach options close bybas well. The hosts (Michael and Leiann) were phenomenal. They were super responsive to all our questions and provided great instructions regarding the house and amenities. We rented the golf cart they offered and highly recommend it, as it was a great option going to/from the beach and stores (and just fun to drive/ride in). We look forward to a return trip in the future. Thanks Michael and Leiann!

We had a wonderful spring break staying in this Destin house. The location is perfect—super close to the beach, plus all the shopping, dining, and a grocery store just around the corner. Everything was within a short drive or, even better, a quick golf cart ride, which the kids loved.The house had more than enough space for our two families (10 people total). Everyone had their own space to unwind, and it never felt cramped. The heated pool was very nice also. We really appreciated the convenience and how well everything was set up. It made our trip stress-free and fun for the whole family. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a spot in Destin.

This house worked out great for our family

Let's start of with their check in time being 4pm, we have an almost 6 hours drive from Georgia. And we were able to check in before 3pm which was greatly appreciated and gives us a great head start, the home is very well kept, very clean and well maintained. There's was enough space for our entire party, the host was very gracious and respond promptly to my message ( Not about issues in the house, but just general information) The location is pretty close to shops, bars and restaurant, the area is nice, clean quite. We would absolutely book here again if our next yearly trip brings us in this area.Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great property with an excellent location. We had six adults and there was plenty of room for all. The outside areas, pool, porch, etc. were very nice. Property Manager was reachable and provide us with restaurant ideas.

Comfort, location, quality, communication. There's nothing I can say that hasn't already been said in previous reviews. This place was prefect for our family of 9 with space to spare! If you have the opportunity to book this place, do it! You will not regret it!

We were.all AMAZED and felt WE were LIVIN A DREAM !! The HouSe was IMMACULATE with all the immentities of Home from soft luxurious towels ...SpiCes for.cooking ...necessities for the the babies and kidz...we definitely want to go back !!! The pool was heated and used constantly and the GOLF cart was a charm to get us around to GREAT restaurants a hand throw away and shopping

The house was just as pictured, within a few blocks to the beach. Nice patio area & pool. The only thing I would add is more backyard/patio lighting.

Excellent experience all around. Short walk to beach if you don’t want to rent a golf cart. House had everything to include beach chairs, beach canopy, pack and play. Second time we stayed there and enjoyed it both times. Highly recommend.

Our Family Vacation consists of our Mother, myself and two younger Sisters, along with our Husbands, plus, my Cousin and his wife. My Mother is the youngest and only living Sister of three, so, our vacations are important to all of us. Our Vacation Home was beautiful and very clean, except for the carpet on the steps going upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could possibly need to cook breakfast for everyone and we had plenty of bath and pool towels supplied. We had 9 Adults vacationing this year, with 5 bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. It worked out well for everyone, except my Husband and I because we stayed in the room with three queen bunk beds. The first night, we climbed up to the second bunk. Climbing down the ladder in the middle of the night, was painful on the feet. The second night, we slept on the bottom bunk, which was more comfortable, but, climbing out was a bit of a challenge. I believe the bunk beds would work better for children or younger adults. All in all, we had a great vacation. Our Hosts were amazing and were available for questions or anything we needed. Renting the golf cart really came in handy. I wish we could have checked out at 10am rather than 9am because we spent our last evening packing and preparing for the check out, rather than spending time together.

The owner was very accommodating and the property was fantastic. We did not really have a sunny day the entire week but the pool and the house saved our trip.
