Green River, Utah
This cozy home is right in the middle of all the action. Moab, Goblin Valley, Lake Powell, San Rafael Swell are all very close by. Not only that, but Green River offers some of the best activities like river rafting, hiking, mountain biking, four wheeling, and amazing scenic views. The house is equipped with wifi and about 30 local TV channels. No cable at this time. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, toaster and cooking ware. The house is equipped with a new AC unit. There is 2 queen size beds, 2 twin beds, and a pullout couch as well. There is a bbq and patio in the back. The yard is currently just dirt with weeds here and there. The house faces the west so you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. Neighbors are super friendly. Awesome suburban neighborhood right off of the main street of Green River.
The owner never sent us code so we hade to book another place.
Super cool place to stay! Clean, quiet and a perfect place to unwind. Great host too!
The kitchen knives need to be sharpened. There was no ice try in the freezer. other than that, a great place to stay.
Well maintained and pleasant location.
House very clean! We loved Rays Tavern’s burgers and fries! Loved that the house was 50 miles from Arches. We would have stayed in Moab, but this was more bang for your buck!
Great spot for our trip to see Arches and Canyonlands. House was roomy and neighborhood was quiet. The grocery store was well stocked and we enjoyed buying watermelon from the fruit stand entering town.
House was clean and had everything that we could need! We had a great time!
This was the 2nd time I stayed at this house in Green River to access adventures and parks in the area. I prefer to stay in quiet Green River and have the entire house instead of a hotel room. We can move gear in and out more easily from the carport, cook our own food if we want, and less hassle than staying in a hotel. We saw Capitol Reef, Arches, Goblin Valley, and Canyonlands, we hiked Little Wild Horse slot canyon and hiked to Delicate Arch. Green River is central to all the places we went. No bikes or climbing this time, but still fun. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the AC worked great. The neighborhood is quiet, the house is on a cul-de-sac, the backyard goes out to a field, so it seems like staying at a country retreat, so we preferred that to staying in Moab.
Small well kept home that makes you feel welcomed when arriving. Beds are soft, amnesties are everything you could imagine and the contact with the owner was prompt. I’ll be staying here again for sure!!
Property is accurately pictured and recapped in the listing. No surprises. Quiet neighborhood. Close to the restaurants and groceries in Green River. Thanks for a good visit to Utah.
This is a clean comfortable property centrally located in Green River, Utah. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac not far from the main business loop through town. We based out of here as we toured the area, including Moab, Arches NP, Goblin Valley, San Rafael Swell, and the areas immediately surrounding Green River itself. The property is in a great location for what we wanted to do, and at a great price relative to anything you would find in Moab. Ate at Ray's multiple times - a must do. Will be back to Green River in the future and would consider staying at this property again. The property has everything you need and the kitchen basics were in place. This is a 1 bath home, so factor that in to your thinking when planning the number of people in your group.
Good location for our purposes, decent size house with generally what we needed,l
Convenient location, well stocked with the essentials.
Great communication from the owner, everything as stated, easy access
We had a wonderful stay in Green River. The location is perfect and the home was perfect. We also loved the recommendation to the Tavern. The best burger, fries and beer in town!
Nice little house
The Green River house was a great location to explore the San Rafael Swell area. Everything in the house worked. The beds were comfy and plenty of room to spread out. We really appreciated the covered carport.
Great location in a small town, away from the crowds of Moab. Nice grocery store in town. Really liked the shower pressure.
Nick's place was clean and spacious. It was a great place for my family to stay as we explored the Arches NP. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Each bed was in it's own room with window and spacious closet. Large dining table and living room. The home is about 45 mins from Arches and Canyonlands, which is doable but not too convenient. Beats having to stay at a tiny motel or pricey rental in Moab though. The cul de sac this home sits appears to be all rentals and is well kept. The main street is a bit run down at first glance, but it's not too bad. Market nearby was great!! Try their melons!
This house was perfect for our home base as we explored Goblin Valley and the surrounding area. Clean, comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood. It was exactly what we had hoped it would be. Angie
