Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience with the cottage overall was wonderful. The staff at Martha Murray were very helpful and professional. One problem was the dresser in the main bedroom has a very musty order and therefore unable to place any clothing in the drawers. I had to use another dresser in the other bedroom which was somewhat of any inconvenience. Also I was trying to cut a watermelon with a sharp knife and there were not any that were sharp enough to use. My suggestion would be a new set of sharp knifes. Also I found there to be no outlets in the bathroom to use a hairdryer or a shaver. Overall I found this to be a very quiet neighborhood and very roomy cottage. The beds on the sun porch are tucked away and private, like having a third bedroom. Located on a quiet street just a short walk from the beach and a few restaurants and boutiques. It has a private backyard where we enjoyed the quiet and used the grill.

DogHouse, Woolfie’s, and Southside Cantina great customer service & food choices. Cape Cottage wonderful selection of gift items, owner could not be more helpful. Lambert’s Farm Market in Sandwich, well worth the ride, wish we had one in NY, spotless, great product selection, friendly staff. Mayflower Beach and Provincetown Whale Watch always the best! Property gets four stars, could use a new, up-to-date shower head, front screen door, and shade for sunroom door. Another fun week at the Cape! Thank you.

We spent very little time except to sleep in the cottage but I have time there was definitely comfortable with central AC and the amenities in the kitchen, dishwasher stove, etc..
