* The 1st upstairs bedroom is a master with a king bed, 55 TV and private bathroom with a walk in shower.
* The 2nd upstairs bedroom has two twin beds, a full hide-a-bed, a 43 TV and a kids desk. There is a supporting guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo in the hallway.
* The loft has a queen hide-a-bed and a 55 TV.

(Please note: A new home is being constructed on a lot adjacent to the property. The home is already framed, so the louder outside work is completed. All construction should be completed in the fall of 2026.)

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly resort fee when renting this home.
*** About 3-4 cars are allowed in the driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Additional vehicles are welcome to park at overflow parking at The Inn at Suncadia.
****Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
