Cozy Cabana ....walk to the beach and St Armand's Circle!

We absolutely loved our stay at “The Cozy Cottage” on Lido Key! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The upstairs 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment was spotless, cozy, light, airy, and incredibly well stocked. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and even the washer and dryer had everything we needed to feel completely at home during our stay. One of the best parts was the location — literally just steps from the beautiful white sand beach. Morning walks, sunsets, shell collecting, and relaxing by the water were all so easy and convenient. The host also thoughtfully provided everything needed for the beach in the garage, including chairs, towels, coolers, carts, and more, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The apartment truly had a warm “home away from home” feel. The bed was extremely comfortable, and every little detail was carefully thought out. We also loved being just a short walk from beautiful St. Armands Circle, with its amazing restaurants, shops, and atmosphere. Lisa was absolutely wonderful — extremely helpful, responsive, and excellent with communication throughout our stay. She truly made us feel welcome and cared for. She is the best! This property was exactly as described — honestly, even better in person. We would absolutely stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway on Lido Key.

Stayed at the Lido cottage for 6 nights with my dog and everything was wonderful! Location is phenomenal, the beach is a very short walk away and we enjoyed walks to St. Armands Circle in the morning. The cottage was clean, well stocked, and had anything you could possibly need - even a dog bed and toys for my pup! Lisa is very responsive and easy to communicate with. I hope to one day visit again!

This Vrbo was incredible and was exactly as described and more!!! Everything you needed for beach time! (chairs, towels, coolers, & carts) The 1 min walk to beach was a dream - the morning walks and nightly sunsets that were spectacular! (and lots of shells to collect!) Shops and restaurants at St Armands Circle so close (walk, bike, or 2 min drive) and wonderful food options. We did grill out one night - the grill on the deck was great! So many little extras and the bed was so comfortable!!! My husband slept like a baby and I was up before he was our whole stay (never happens!) We also visited the Sarasota Botanical Gardens which were beautiful and Siesta Key beach - but our favorite beach was right in our back yard - Lido Beach! Also ice cream food and drink concessions area right on the beach. (or pack a cooler ) We will be back and can not thank out host enough!!!

Overall it was really good we chose this unit for the location on Lido Key as we know the area well and knew we could walk to the beach, the public pool and St Armands so it was great in that respect I knew from the pictures the angles of the bathroom and bedroom might be a problem as I am 6-1 and it was a little worse than I thought it would be, my wife was fine as she is shorter. The other problem was the bed it was not very comfortable the mattress has definitely seen it’s better days and the bed and a good nights sleep are very important for us in our stays so all in all it was a good unit in a great location.

We absolutely loved staying here! I would rate higher if I could. It was very clean with everything we needed. The short walk to the beautiful beach was exactly what we were looking for!!! I look forward to coming back!

Another great time at the Cozy Cabana. Easy walk to St Armands Circle, 100 steps to the beach. Lisa makes us feel welcome, she has thought of everything! I mean everything! We grilled, baked and cooked, had everything we needed. Cheers til next year

The Cabana is a cozy all inclusive apartment - fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas and very comfortable bedroom. It was light and airy and provided everything we needed with a stay with a real at home feel. But the true highlight was the proximity to the beautiful white sand beach. Just a few steps to the convenient shell path and down a short block, the beach spreads out in both directions. Great shelling and just beautiful walking.

Cozy Cabana was awesome! it was as advertiesed and did not dissapoint! Location, location, location! Short walk to the beach or town! Host was great! Had everything you need for a beach vacation! We'll be going back!

A special treehouse at the beach - cozy and well equipped complete with a balcony. Ideal location on Lido Key - access path to the beach, near St. Armand’s Circle, and a Bayrunner free trolley stop to take you to beautiful downtown Sarasota! Lisa and Bill are wonderful hosts!

This was our second time staying at this wonderful cabana. The location to the beach and St. Armands Circle can't be beat. The apartment has everything you need and the host, Lisa is so nice and responsive. I'm sure we'll be back for a third time next year!

Very comfortable and so close to the beach. It was a great stay!

Lovely accommodation with everything you need. Comfortable bed and steps to beach. All linens, towels and beach towels provided. Including basic kitchen supplies eg salt, pepper, spices, oils, squeezy and ice plus ice packs in freezer. Nice hair dryer and plenty of towels. Great hosts. Thoroughly recommend. Great bikes to use too, we well used the beach items, parasols, chairs, beach wagon, including beach towels. Huge washer and dryer in garage to use, with powder there, so thoughtful. Plenty of extra plug in fans if required Great stay . There are some lie ins at corners of rooms but only a problem if really tall

Lisa is a wonderful owner! Everything was prepped and ready for us when we arrived. The cottage was exactly as described! Lisa will take care of you!All amenities were included and then some! We had breakfast or drinks on the deck every day and loved the living room to just hang out!Everything was clean and well maintained! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Don’t settle for an expensive run of the mill hotel room, stay here!!

This was our first time staying in Lido Beach, and I'm so glad we found this property! First, the apartment had everything you could need for a stay. My favorite part however was the large deck - it was perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. All the supplies for a day on the beach are there! And we didn't use the washer & dryer, but they looked practically brand new. The location is perfect! A couple minutes walk and you're on the gorgeous beach. A ten minute (or less) walk in the other direction and you are at St. Armand's Circle. We couldn't have asked for a better location! The owner was great to work with, letting us know the particulars of the unit and suggestions for the area; and she was very responsive when I reached out with questions. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is very nice and is in a great location. We walked to Armand Circle for dinner every night and had an easy walk to the beach. We came for a workshop in downtown Sarasota, which is only a 10 minute commute. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Linda

This beach cottage could be in a movie. Perfectly furnished and clean with all the amenities you’ll need and want with access to the beach just across the main road. This unit provided privacy and a serenity that beats most places! It really doesn’t get better than this! The owners have thought of everything…beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, towels, umbrella, Google speaker, bbq on deck, etc. Also walking distance to St Armand’s circle for meals and shopping. If you’re looking for quiet and convenience this is the place. We also had amazing communication with the owner when we had a question. We’ll definitely be back!

You just can't beat the location for easy beach access, a quick walk to Armand Circle restaurants and shops, and kayak tours a walk or short bike ride away. Downtown Sarasota is a bike ride or short drive across the bridge which gets you some interesting sites, museums, theaters, etc. Lisa's space is both cosy and feels spacious with the open plan and the outdoor deck. Kitchen is well equipped and the beach equipment and bikes mean you have everything right there when you arrive. Hope to be back.

1 BR cottage was awesome. Private, nicely stocked, quiet neighborhood, short walk across street to beach, short walk to restaurants, shopping. Perfect location. Lisa is super responsive and accommodating.Great relaxing week.

For two great weeks, my wife and I stayed at this wonderful property. It had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed several evenings grilling on the large deck and appreciating the nice weather. Our little dog also loved relaxing on the deck and playing with the available toys. The neighborhood was quiet and less than a block from the beach, a short walk to St. Armands Circle, and a quick drive or Uber ride to downtown. The location was perfect. We met Lisa, who was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to return to Sarasota and stay here again!
