Cozy boutique home near the airport

The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed. We could tell that the hosts put a lot of thought and effort into ensuring we had a nice stay. It was an easy drive from the airport and to downtown Anchorage and the local attractions. We would definitely stay there again.

Fridge was broken but promptly brought in a small fridge. Lovely home. Enjoyed!

EVERYTHING about this place was great! Nice, comfortable bed, good bathroom; very sweet kitchen and well outfitted; spacious. Couldn't have been nicer. The only drawback is the location. Neighborhood is probably perfectly safe, but definitely not a walking neighborhood. A bit trashy. Otherwise, we really enjoyed it!

We could not have been more pleased to stay in this most comfortable cottage. The accommodations were better than expected; we had everything we needed at our disposal, and then some. The amenities provided in this quiet location was a plus, and so was the Netflix. Our host made himself available and responded promptly to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a home base in which to visit Alaska at a reasonable price. Thanks again for a wonderful visit!

I recommend the cozy boutique 10/10. The home was exactly as described on VRBO. It was very clean and spacious. Be cognizant of the many homeless people who stayed fairly near the entrance of the neighborhood. That was a bit unsettling, however, it didn’t take away from the home. The only issue we had was that we weren’t able to adjust the temperature. The owner suggested we either open a window or use a fan. We didn’t do either of those since my partner can’t sleep with a fan, and I was afraid to sleep with a window open.

Everything in the house was updated and so clean and beautiful. The host had thought of every comfort and convenience possible. He responded very quickly to messages , and was very considerate. We really enjoyed the house, and neighborhood people were super friendly,

The interior of the house was extremely clean and we'll maintained. A one bedroom house that will offer anything a couple will need for their stay. Exterior and neighborhood was nothing exciting but never felt unsafe, never had issues with noise. Frankly spent so little time there during day my experience was at night Check in was simple with zero issues. Convenient location from airport, quick and simple drive between airport, down town and road access out of town. Would recommend to group of two visiting for a fair price.

After traveling all day from Texas, we found a very awesome place to stay. The house was close to the airport, extremely clean, well stocked and a great size. The bed was perfect and very comfortable. Check in was easy. We would highly recommend staying here!!

The home was lovely: Well laid out space, beautifully renovated and decorated, and very well equipped! Very comfortable bed and seating in the living room. Nice extra touches. Troy was helpful and quick to extend hospitality. We found our place in Anchorage and would definitely come back.

This place was located in a very convenient spot. It was both a short drive from the airport and downtown Anchorage. The neighborhood felt very safe and was quite. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was extremely comfortable. There is no washer and dryer available so people staying longer may need to prepare for that but we completely enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great little house close to the airport and close to downtown. Super clean and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The proximity to the float planes was awesome.

We loved this property. It was clean with all the modern amenities you want. It was a 5 min drive from and to the airport. It was easy for us to get out and about to Kenai, Seward and Denali.

Don't hesitate to stay. This is a clean and cute house. The host was great to work with. Black out curtains for the bedroom. Good internet. Many thanks!

Excellent stay arriving in Alaska. Very close to the airport with lots of good restaurants and stores available. Really comfortable bed and the house was really cute. The host thought of everything, labeling where everything is so we didn’t have to hunt for towels or utensils! Thank you so much!
