Cozy Bloomington IU Campus Getaway for 2!

Location and good communication.

It was so convenient for football and tailgating.

Pros-clean, ease of check in & location. I was able to check in early. The amenities listed were not all found in the unit. The owner did bring me an iron & table top ironing board ( not early to use). Cons- bare bones. Pots & pans & Keurig but nothing to go with them. The owner did brine me 2 coffee pods after I complained about the amenities.

I stayed at Rick's for about a month, and it was one of the best stays I've had. The apartment was in a great location and had all the amenities I needed. Great for attending football or bball game

The property was perfect for our stay. Super close to the football stadium and tailgate fields. The property was super clean as well. It definitely felt like our own personal space for the weekend. Thanks for having us!

This property was exactly what we were needing to move our daughter in to IU! The location is excellent and the property is as described. It was clean and comfortable, and we will definitely stay here again on future visits.

The apartment was very clean and smelled nice when we got there. There were fresh towels and everything we needed for our stay. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the hosts were very responsive to messages Would stay again if returning back to Bloomington.
