Cozy bedroom

Very spacious and clean washroom in the room. Very satisfied

I was not greeted by owner. Key pad kept glitching and I was unable to enter a couple of times. I tried calling owner but no answer so knocked on the front door. When she finally came to the door she seemed very put out that I’d bothered her. This was the only time I met her. When I first arrived, I asked her for cotton sheets as the bed had polyester ones which cause me rashes. She said she didn’t have any and no one else had complained. Had to borrow some from friends I was visiting. Only one towel was supplied and I was booked for 6 nights. When I asked for a fresh towel she said to go and use the washing machine provided which was a pay machine and it was $8 per load. So I also borrowed towel from friend. This was beyond a joke. There was hair in shower and loads of dust and hair on bathroom floor along wall. Took photos. A quiet location but that’s all this room had going for it. Very disappointed.

Good room, quiet neighborhood

The property is in a quiet neighbourhood 2 blocks from a large mall, which is handy for buying groceries and other shopping. The accommodations and amenities are basic but nicely done — I feel I got good value for my money. The host was friendly and helpful, and communication was excellent. She responded quickly to my questions and to the single issue I raised during my stay (a water leak from the shower, which was fixed the same day).

Conveniently located near UVIC. Private, secure ground floor entrance with on-street parking. Extremely clean and quiet. Attentive host through digital devices to maintain COVID-19 protocols. Would request to use this cosy bedroom again when in the area.

For me the location is excellent. Easy walk to a mall. Even shorter walk to a restaurant. Close to where I needed to be. Bed is very comfy.

Good location in residential area. Easy access to bus multiple routes. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Rental description accurate.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Heidy is a nice host who is very responsive. I had no issues during my stay. I was under the impression that the entrance is private to the suite, but it seems to be a shared entrance, so you may hear noise and conversations from the hallway. The door is right next to the front entrance.

Very good location to a shopping mall and restaurants. Nice walk up to a lookout not too far away. Bus routes are handy as well. Quiet suite and very clean.

I enjoyed my stay. The room very clean with a good location within the city. It is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The host was very responsive and cordial. There was ample parking on the street. As outlined, there is a fridge, microwave, coffee machine and a washer/dryer. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Overall the room was clean and organized, Heidy was easy to reach and I enjoyed my stay!

The property was as described. It was exactly what I required. One thing I would add to the room is a fan. Otherwise, all good!
