Cozy Beach House with Fantastic Beach and Bay View!

The house is cute and it worked for us. We were disappointed that the rooms were not as described. One of the bedrooms only has one bunk bed (not two like it stated in the description). The cooking appliances are bare minimal and quite old. There was a coffee pot, but no filters. We bought a package and left them for the next family.The location was great- We loved that we could walk to the beach!

Good location, the walk was not too bad to the beach . Great views from the house. The only issue we had that weekend was the water, but they did respond quick and try to help. If you plan on staying more than one night take extra towels.

This was a great location with a beautiful home close to the beach. We had everything we needed and the property owner was very nice. My only concern was the water smelled awful so we had to shower in the outdoor area instead of in the house and could only use bottled water to cook, clean, and self clean. Please replace the water filter system. Everything else was perfect!

Short stroll to beach, clean, comfortable house. Great for kids, who loved the bunk beds. Had all the necessities for cooking meals. Thank you for the information books with restaurants and phone numbers. Very helpful. We have visited for 7 years, first time we found a house we would rent again.

Me and my family go down Surfside Beach every two years and spend a week this is the first time we’ve stayed in the cozy beach house we’re very happy with the location 50 yards from the beach the communication the amenities in the house everything was well done very pleased will be renting again 2024

The house was very nice and clean. Probably one of the nicer looking properties for the deal we got. The house was clean and tidy when arrived. They had everything we needed and was easy access to the beach. I loved sitting on the deck and feeling the nice breeze. My only complaint would be the water. But that is not on the owners. The water system has a very hard mineral residue and taste. So be sure to bring bottled water. They have a filtered water spout in kitchen but to me even that tasted off. But overall the house was great.

House is walking distance to the beach. It has a large deck with ocean view. Close to the markets, restaurants and the drive thru daiquiri stand. This area is perfect for a family vacation.

Was a perfect little get away vacation!! Definitely will be coming back!
