Stayed Sep 14, 2025At check in got text that bathroom sink was not working and not repaired until till Thursday night we left Friday morning. Ad for unit said there’s washer and dryer. We found note a washer that it out of order. We did have great views of the ocean. But with repairs that need done it was big time trouble to have to go to a laundromat for our stay. Wouldn’t stay in any place managed by Meriden

Stayed Aug 30, 2025We were right across the street from the ocean. We could see it and smell the salty air when we had the patio door open! It was delightful! And we heard the ocean waves at 10 pm one night! We were able to see the stars, including the Big Dipper.

Stayed Sep 8, 2025The plumbing needs work. Washing machine doesn't drain. Shower doesn't drain. Bathroom sink drains very slowly.

Stayed Sep 5, 2025Fan in bathroom needs a major clean. Both shower and sink were slow to drain, but they drained. Very cute and cozy. An amazing location to the beach and town, despite just off the road. Very responsive and friendly staff!

Stayed Aug 10, 2025Cute little beach cabin in a great location. Could use a little more cooking supplies besides just salt and pepper. Not sure why there is a long list of check out/cleaning tasks when paying a cleaning fee.

Stayed Jul 14, 2025We enjoyed our stay. The little house is clean and well maintained with easy beach access just across the street. Our key code did not work, but i got a quick text giving me a different code. The shower is tricky because the door doesn't want to stay closed, but it works fine. We would stay there again.

Stayed Jul 8, 2025Amazing location but the house was most definitely a difficult stay. First day, the front doorknob broke. Door to bathroom swung in leaving no room to get to anything. Some chairs were so uncomfortable, I had to get up after short time because it hurt my legs. There is more but nuff said. My wife and I will not be back. Hundreds of dollars per day but for what?

Stayed Jun 6, 2025The house was cute but dirt on cabinet door tops. The garbage was packed from previous stay. Asked for early check in but told no yet we sat at park across from house from 10am to check in and no one was at house!

Stayed Oct 7, 2024The house stunk so badly of pet urine we had to leave a day early because it got my asthma acting up. There is NO way we will ever use this service again, and you are going to get bad reviews if asked.

Stayed May 15, 2024Walk across the street to beach access without stairs! Perfect for our beach/loving dog. House was clean and comfortable.
