**Important Privacy & Entrance Details:**

* **Private Basement Suite:** Exclusive access to the entire lower level: private bedroom with queen bed and door, livingarea with queen bed, television, recliner sofa, and private refrigerator, private full bathroom, and dedicated workspace.
* **Upstairs Access:** Guest access is limited to the basement suite. The only exception is the microwave in the first-floor living room, which you may use to warm up food.
* **Entry Setup:** Your own keypad code for the main front door — come and go freely at any time, then take the interior stairs directly down to your suite.
* **Host Status:** The host may be on the property during your stay. Your suite stays completely private throughout your visit.
