Stayed Oct 12, 2024We enjoyed our stay and there were the essentials offered, which was nice. The suite is true to the photos. It was cozy and in a convenient location. The owners live upstairs and have small children, which would have perhaps been a good thing to know in the listing. Could hear walking around and small children fairly early in the mornings, which is understandable. Was just a bit difficult the very first morning after getting in on fairly late flight after travelling 2 days. It was not horrible and was still tolerable. Viktoria was very responsive to my messages and information about the area.

Stayed Sep 3, 2025The location was good and the unit was spacious. It was really nice having a washer and dryer and the wifi worked wellWe are not used to having people living above us so noise was an issue - creaky floors and kids playing/dropping toys etc.. Also the dehumidifier which filled up daily was very loud at nightThe unit could benefit from comfortable seating (couch and dining area) a larger mirror and better lighting in the washroom. Stayed May 13, 2025Definitely recommend staying in this cozy basement apartment. Viktoria was super thoughtful with all the details, made sure I had everything I could need. Even left some snacks for me. So nice to be able to do laundry after I had already been traveling for a week prior. Thank you for everything!

Stayed Jun 26, 2024The space was amazing! Immaculately clean and well-kept! Perfectly located between beaches, shopping and downtown St. John’s. Full-size fridge and washer/dryer were fantastic! Hosts were super-responsive and friendly. Highly recommend for a couple or couple with one child!
