Great little house, good location

Zero issues, fit my needs perfectly

Rented for a week long business trip. It’s a St Louis oasis nestled in a lovely neighborhood which provided restful evening walks. The house has all the creature comforts of home and the backyard is expansive. The hosts know what they’re doing. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

Dawn was great to deal with. The yard was great for our dog to roam in, and fully fenced in for our pups safety. The neighborhood was quiet. The home was very clean, nicely updated. Plenty of pots, pans dishes etc for cooking in.We only used the one king bed, which was very comfortable, but all the mattresses appeared to new/newer. LVP throughout all the rooms. The only thing i would suggest would be higher seating at the bar area so we could sit comfortably while eating, as there is no dining table. However that would not stop us from staying there again.

Excellent experience

This was a perfect place to stay with a friend and our dogs while showing at nearby Purina. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, and fenced backyard was so nice!

This was an ideal location that allowed me quick access key roads to my local families’ homes. Amenities and paper products were well stocked, which I very much appreciated. I was able to confidently prepare morning and bedtime routines with my children in this space and stay caught up on laundry with the basement machines. Each bed provided an excellent night sleep, for which we were grateful. Highly recommend!

Great. Although the window in the shower is not very clouded and you can see straight through it at night.

We were in town for a national dog competition and needed a dog friendly place to stay. This location was conveniently located to our trial site, grocery stores, and eateries. The neighborhood was quiet and we shared the property with visiting deer and rabbits.The house was as shown, clean and comfortable. Communication with our host was easy. I certainly would stay again if ever in the area.

Nice place to stay..quiet...even saw some deer

Great location, inside is nice and it was great to have a fenced yard for my dogs. There are nice parks close by to walk the dogs.

This house has everything you need. Quiet neighborhood yet close to shopping. The hosts were so helpful and small touches on the house made it so homey. Has a circle drive. Backs to a small wooded area. Wonderful place patio with a frill

Just minutes from castelwood state park while being minutes from all other access.

The place and Dawn were amazing. When I had a problem she took care of it expeditiously. The home is beautiful and very cozy. I felt very safe staying here. I would moat definitely stay here again.

Couple takeaways, more pillows on the beds would be nice and a bath mat in the tub. The tub is SLICK.

Lots of deer to see on property!! What a treat. Everything is 15-25 mins away so great quiet location, but close to all the fun attractions. Lots of retail and restaurants to choose from nearby. My dog loved the yard and the house had everything we needed.

Enjoyed our own place while in-town to visit family. The place was perfect for how small family who spent our nights here but weren't hosting.

Perfect for a brief visit with friends and attending a concert.

I like the locaton as it is near our favorite restaurant and the theater where we can catch a play. The place was clean and nicely decorated. I will plan to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ballwin. The property is quiet, well kept, and in a good neighborhood. We would happily stay there again!
