Welcome to Valarian, a cozy mid-century Anchorage home with a little personality and plenty of room to settle in.

The main floor has two bedrooms, including a bright queen bedroom and a second bedroom with two twin beds, plus a comfortable living room, dining area, kitchen and full bath. Downstairs, you’ll find additional hangout space and a sleeper sofa for extra guests.

We’ve designed the house to feel warm, relaxed and distinctly Anchorage, with vintage-inspired touches, deep blues, warm woods and pops of color throughout.

The fenced yard is especially handy for families and longer stays, and the covered carport makes unloading groceries, luggage and Alaska gear a whole lot nicer when the weather decides not to cooperate .

The neighborhood

Located in Anchorage’s Airport Heights neighborhood, Valarian gives you a residential place to come home to while still being convenient for exploring the city, getting to appointments, heading downtown or starting your next Alaska adventure.

Good to know

Valarian is an older Anchorage home, and that’s part of its character. We’ve kept some of its original mid-century personality while updating and furnishing the space for a comfortable stay.

It is conveniently located near one of Anchorage’s main roads, which makes getting around the city easy. Because of the location, you may hear some passing traffic, particularly during busier times of day. We like to mention it upfront so there are no surprises.
