A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
- Winters here mean real mountain conditions. A 4WD vehicle or snow tires/chains is strongly recommended for the drive in and out.
- The house sits above 8,000 feet. Drink plenty of water, take it easy your first day, and go light on alcohol until you adjust. The sun is strong up here, so bring sunscreen even when it's cool out.
- The home does not have air conditioning. Cool mountain nights keep things comfortable, but plan accordingly if you run warm.
- The BBQ grill on the property is not functional, so please plan meals using the kitchen.
- Cell service is spotty out here. Wi-Fi calling is your best bet for staying connected.
- Deer and bears live in the area. Please keep all food and trash inside.
HOUSE POLICIES
- No smoking of any kind, inside or out, including vaping and cannabis.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
- This home is for personal vacation use only. Large gatherings, parties, or events are not permitted.
Guests are expected to follow all rental terms, house rules, and applicable local laws and property regulations. Evidence of smoking, firearms, driving OHVs anywhere other than the driveway for access, unauthorized use of the grounds, or damage or excessive mess resulting from a violation of these terms may result in additional charges.
