Cozy 4Bd Bungalow w/ Private Backyard Lounge and Game Room Mins to Downtown

Great place to stay in Raleigh. Close to downtown but in a quiet neighborhood. Host was quick to respond and provide a solution when we had a minor issue at check-in. House was pretty clean and amenities were nice. We stayed in winter during a severe cold warning so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor space but it looked very nice! Only minor issue was that the door to the bedroom with two twin beds could not be closed and the furnace was loud right outside of that room. I’d stay here again!

This house was perfect for our little New Years trip! It was in an excellent location, being so close to downtown. We had fun hanging out by the fire pit each night.

This property was very clean and allowed my friends and I to spread out and enjoy some space while being just down the street from the convention center and all that downtown Raleigh has to offer. The kitchen was super cute and the hub for our group with everything that we needed.

We came down to Raleigh for a bachelorette weekend and this house did not disappoint. There were 6 of us 35-41 years old. We were all extremely impressed with this house. The location could not have been better for us as we were outside of the main areas of the city, but so close we could see the skyline and take a less than 10 minute Uber into the city. It’s decorated beautifully and you can tell the owner put a lot of thought into the vibe. It was immaculate and also better stocked than probably any VRBO in which I’ve ever stayed. Needless to say, you do not need to bring any spices, seasonings, or major dry goods. I do wish there had been one additional baking sheet, but we made do just fine. I’d also suggest just a few kitchen towels, but the owner provided plenty of paper towels in lieu of kitchen linens so they did provide a resolution. I found the bed to be extremely comfortable. The mattresses throughout the house are memory foam and fairly firm. The owner hung blackout curtains in the bedrooms, which is very considerate. There were also plenty of linens for a house full of women.The checkout requirements were more than fair and I honestly felt weird that the list didn’t ask us to remove the kitchen trash. I honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience here. We’re from Richmond and it reminded us so much of the houses in our own city. I would 100% rent this house again. To be honest, I wish I owned it.

This was the perfect location and space for our family of 8 adults to stay while attending graduation at NC State. It was nice to have two bedrooms and a full bath on both floors. The house had everything we need and all communications were easy and clear. We will stay again when in Raleigh!

Wonderful location, the house has a terrific layout.

This is a cute home with plenty of space and kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Little extra amenities are an added plus. Great central location. Host was very responsive to questions. We had a slight glitch upon arrival, but that was remedied within minutes. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

The place was adorable. Very well renovated. Beds were comfy. We didn’t cook because we were only there for less than 24 hours, but the kitchen had good space. We loved the little details, like the white noise machine, the makeup washcloths, the toiletries, the snacks and the games were a cute addition. We didn’t get the chance to enjoy the outdoor space but it looked really nice. Everything was seamless. Thanks for a great place to crash after a fun concert!
