Cozy 4-bedroom house in adorable Evanston with WiFi, AC

Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common spaces were clean. Appreciated the oven for roasting and the TV for watching movies. Access was easy. Location in central Evanston was close to activities, restaurants, shopping. Owner was responsive to address issues with basement bathroom.

Plenty of room, very welcoming and the basement was great for a snowy day. Very happy with our stay.

James was very responsive to all questions we had. When we checked in, there was an issue with the downstairs bathroom. He addressed it very quickly, and had it fixed. Great place to call home for the week of Thanksgiving!

Family frien

The location was just perfect. Quiet family/dog-friendly neighborhood - felt very safe. Close to places in Evanston we needed to be for a wedding. Easy/quick uber or Lyft ride. Starbucks and McDonalds a 6 minute walk!

This house was great for our family trip to Evanston in the spring. It's a charming house that has been renovated and well appointed. It's 4 bedrooms, but there is also a door to the recreation area in the basement (with a twin bed crib), so another person could sleep there as well. We loved that the couch in the living room was very large, so we could gather lots of family there to hang out. Same with the dining table - plenty of space for 8-9 people to gather. James was responsive and easy to work with. Would recommend this place to others for an Evanston trip!

This was a delightful property close to the Evansville Township High school. We stayed here for my son's college graduation. Everything was up to date and nicely appointed. I don't know that we would need to stay here again, but if we did I would definitely want to stay at this property.

Very clean, large home to accommodate multiple adults. Loved the ping pong table,playing bingo, checkers, and watch TV. Loved the bathrooms and plenty of additional parking in the paved area in the backyard with gated fence. We will be returning as we attand a yearly convention at the Holiday Inn 14 min away. Plenty of places to eat in the near by area Ihighrecommend

Fun Trip, James' place was perfect for what we were looking for and very comfortable after long days out!

My family and I had a great time staying in this home. It was clean and spacious. Adequate sleeping space for 8 adults. We played board games in the dining room while having easy access to snacks in the kitchen. James was responsive and helpful.

Really enjoyed this house as we were there for family wkend at northwestern. Clean, easy access. Close to Evanston and northwestern. Host very receptive.

This property worked perfectly for our friend outing. We were in town to watch the Badger-Northwestern football game in Evanston and this cozy house in a quaint neighborhood really served us well. We had a blast hanging out as a group and the house was cozy, clean, and comfortable! Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was cute and comfy, the neighborhood was quaint, and the location was awesome. The hosts were very easy to communicate with when we had questions. If we ever find ourselves in Evanston again we would definitely return here!
