Cozy 3BR/2.5BA House near RTP, RDU & Downtown Cary

Great location, owner responded promptly to inquiries and was very easy to work with. Home was well stocked with amenities (coffee, ice, extra duvet, etc.) If we return to the area we’ll check availability here first!

My wife and I stayed while we were vacationing in the Triangle area. The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and offered plenty of space and privacy. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

A very cozy, very clean home in a quiet & lovely area. The house is close to nice parks & walking trails, with great shops & eateries nearby. Easy to relax with everything in working order. Nice private deck to enjoy coffee or a meal. Highly recommend!

If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Bill and Sami are new hosts so there was a hiccup or two but they were so easy to communicate with and took care of everything immediately (like dropping off dish washer detergent first thing in the morning when we ran out!). The house looked even better than the pictures, the back yard was beautiful, the beds were comfy, the surrounding were quiet and peaceful and best of all, the bathrooms were perfectly clean with lots of fresh white towels. What a wonderful gift to have such a nice place for the whole family. Wonderful hosts that even wrote afterwards asking to let them know if there are ways they can improve...that says alot about them.

This was our first Vrbo stay and we wish we had more time to stay longer.

We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect place to stay. The beds are comfortable and the home is very clean. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet and has a beautiful greenway to take a nice walk. The kitchen has limited dishes and other items for cooking but for two people for just a weekend, it was fine. A lovely home to stay and we would stay again.

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful home! The pictures on the listing are accurate; the house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck out back, especially in the morning - beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. We were in town visiting family and only stayed 2 nights; we were very happy with the 3 p.m. check-in time and especially the 11 a.m. check-out time as we didn't feel rushed to leave. We didn't encounter any issues or require anything from the host while we were there, but the host was very easy to communicate with before and after our stay. For all these reasons, we would definitely stay again when returning to this area.

The place was clean and the layout convenient - situated in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our visit to Raleigh. We did a road trip this time but given the place is a short distance from the airport, I would definitely consider staying here again next time I travel by air.

We had a wonderful time in this cute home. It was very clean and cozy. The neighborhood is quiet and the grandkids had a blast riding their scooters on the cul de sac. Communication with Bill and Sami was always pleasant. We made some wonderful family memories and will be back.

Bill and Sami were fantastic hosts! Their property was in a super convenient location, and they were incredibly easy to communicate with throughout the stay. The place was very clean, cozy, and perfect for a weekend getaway. Our pup especially loved the stay too — the neighborhood was great for walks and there was plenty of space outside for him to run around and play. We had a wonderful time!

The neighborhood was safe, quiet, clean and in the perfect location for our needs. We were visiting colleges in the area. The house itself was comfortable and clean. The only cons were lack of kitchen supplies(ziplock bags, tin foil,etc) and cleaning products. The hosts were very quick to respond and check in was very easy.

The house was very clean and perfect for our weekend full of baseball. It was only a few minutes from the USA Baseball complex so it was the perfect location. Such a cute, quiet neighborhood. Bill and Sami were wonderful hosts. We would definitely stay again.
