Cozy 3BR Home Steps from Busch Gardens with Private Parking & Spacious Yard

Property worked great for concert at mid Florida amphitheater. Great location and really nice place. Coffee water and snacks were provided. Close to Busch gardens food options etc

Great property and location

The home is beautiful and well stocked. Easy to find an easy communication with the host. Very close to a lot of attractions to include the port for cruises. I had to change anything. My only complaint is the beds were a little firm for our liking. A bed topper would’ve been nice.

Not sure where to begin. When you first open the door you will notice the cleaness and freshes smell. The house is laid out and decorated to perfection. Very simple and super super clean. Everything you could ever want is right here. Not to mention how wonderful the host is. She is right there to answer your every need every question every concern every everything. You will not find a better place anywhere. We have been running places for over 25 years and in all areas of Florida ,Georgia and Tennessee this is by far one of the nicest places we have ever. If you're looking to be close to Busch gardens some nice restaurants or just shop around at some of the local thrift stores this is the ideal location. Please stop and look no further this is the place for you. I promise you will not be disappointed.

The host is a liar and will updates and change the listing to fit her needs. Her mother stayed in a RV in the backyard and kept coming out to listen and watch my family. My kids caught her looking in their window while they were watching a movie before bed. Also she says a COCKROACH infestation is normal for houses in FL. I’ve stayed in plenty of houses in FL and it was the first time I’ve seen any!!!!!!!!!!!!

If zero stars were available I would! I’m okay sharing spaces , but I am NOT okay with the host mother slamming her camper door( camper in the back yard) at all times of the night with a flash light! My kids were afraid to sleep because of it. Don’t get me started about COCKROACHES!!!!! They had them in the kitchen and bath room. When I got up the next morning there was one on my toothbrush!!!! Don’t stay here unless your okay being spied on by her mother and bring home cockroaches!!

Host was very quick to respond. House was just as listed, very clean and well stocked. Close to Busch Gardens.We only stayed one night after attending the park so very glad it was close as we were very tired. Check in was easy and will stay again when we are in the area.

What a lovely property! Lots of room, very clean, nice back porch and fenced yard. Very convenient, quiet neighborhood. Great communication with the hosts. We would gladly stay there again.

Our host was very quick to respond and VERY helpful. I would recommend this location for sure if you are planning to visit Busch Gardens as it is a walkable distance to the entrance. The property is a little dated and needs some updating, but overall I would stay here again. There is someone living in the camper behind the house, but they are related to the owner and available to assist us if needed. We were just not warned about the individual living back there, so it startled us a bit when we saw the lights on in the camper as well as someone walking through the backyard. Again, however, I would for sure recommend staying here and will do so again in the future if we visit Tampa again.

Our host was wonderful. She checked in on us and offered her help if we needed it. The home was very clean and comfortable. Very nice.

Host was very informative with all information and instructions. House was absolutely lovely and felt like home. Easy access to pretty much anywhere in the area. 10/10 would recommend.

The host was great and the house was perfect for 4 adults on a Busch Gardens trip. Great little place to stay with everything you need. I think my only complaint would be the cars speeding by and revving up their engines.

This cozy home is just steps from Busch Gardens and very close to Adventure Island. The house was very clean and well maintained. Our only inconvenience was that the thermostat was on a preset timer, and we got quite warm during the night. We appreciate that the host wants to keep utility bills down, but July in Florida is really uncomfortable even at night. This was not enough of a problem to alert the owner, but something we wished we had known prior to booking.

Loved how quiet the home was and had our own space. Only thing was there were a lot mosquitos. But overall was a great quick trip and it was so easy to communicate to get into the house.

Close to the park, great parking. Conveniently located.

We had a great stay and close to alot of amenities. Well worth the price!

Enjoyed our stay. This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. We were able to just walk to the park which saved the almost $40 park fee. Enjoyed the complmentary waters and snacks. It was a nice touch.

Clean well equipped home, found as described, no issues. Good for a one night stay. Pillows/mattresses are a little weathered but overall worth the price we paid. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
