Stayed Sep 12, 2025Made weekend trip to ND with 2 other couples and could not be more delighted with the property and accommodations. Bedrooms were comfortable, accessible and well stocked with everything we needed. House is conveniently located to campus, restaurants and grocery store. Host was attentive and responsive to our needs the whole weekend. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Stayed Sep 6, 2025Matt was a terrific host. We couldn’t have been happier with the property - the location, cleanliness, and the amount of space. Having a driveway to park our car was an added bonus. The beds were very comfortable, and the house is decorated in a style that we enjoyed - especially the monkey lamp in the dining room.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024This home is beautiful, spacious, and extremely clean! It is in a great location in South Bend — a very quiet and safe neighborhood. We were a group of three couple who stayed there for the weekend to attend a wedding. We couldn’t have been happier with the accommodation.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved our stay! The home provided plenty of space for us while we were visiting Notre Dame for the weekend. Jon was great to work with and made the entire process very easy. The location is also within walking distance of the campus and it’s a great central location for everything else. We will be staying here again. Thank you!

Stayed Nov 29, 2023Fabulous property! We had a newborn and her parents with us. There was plenty of room for all of us and we hardly ever heard the baby during the night. New parents had plenty of room and were able to rest. The kitchen was outfitted for cooking and I think I used every item in it! The property manager was very attentive to our every need. Less than a mile from Trader Joe’s and other retail. 5 minutes to Basilica of the Sacred Heart on the Notre Dame campus-stunning. Perfect place, perfect location. Could not have been better!
