Stayed Nov 23, 2024The front door knob fell off. They said we didn't signing anything about having a pet but we had notified them when booking and when we got to the house. The trash cans were full so we had no way of getting rid of trash for 5 people

Stayed Oct 18, 2024My spouse and I with two other friends stayed over 2 nights. The house was cozy and well kept and very clean. Perfect for our visit and to visit with our friends post Renaissance Festival before heading home. Highly recommended!

Stayed Sep 20, 2024The kitchen is well stocked. We found the neighborhood to be pretty quiet. The mattress in the primary bedroom was extremely soft.

Stayed Sep 6, 2024Fantastic stay! Everything supplied including linens, pillows, blankets, cooking utensils! 3 bedrooms, all with queen beds! Enough room to stretch out in kitchen, dining and living room! Parking for 2 cars in driveway! Owner - EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION!!! Checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed! This place would be an excellent choice for anyone wanting a VERY NICE private house close to Charlotte! FYI...our visit was to see our son who is attending JWU and also to attend the National Super Motocross held at the Charlotte Motor Speedway! VERY CONVENIENT!!! Can't go wrong staying here!!! 100% Satisfied! 10 STARS!!!
