Cozy 3 bedroom near the water at Ross Barnett Reservoir & shopping & dining

I loved it. Very clean

Everything was great until the 3:00 am time to leave for the airport. We walked out and someone had decided to park behind us in the driveway of the property. The two neighbors, which we woke up said the vehicle was not theirs. We were able to finally get the car out. This was no one’s fault, except for the rude owner of the car that should not have parked where they did. Beautiful short walk to Ross Barnett park not far from the location.

Pretty house in a safe neighborhood with plenty of walking paths by the huge reservoir. There are all kinds of restaurants and stores nearby. We had an excellent meal at Amore, just a short way from the house. The host, Michael, was totally easy to deal with and super responsive. House was immaculate and all the amenities were provided. Most important to us is always a comfy bed and good shower with plenty of towels, and all those boxes were checked. Highly recommend this property!

We had a good stay! The location is nice —it is very easy to get to the reservoir, and having grocery stores so close by made our trip much more convenient. The included garage was a benefit, providing secure and easy parking.The host was very helpful and maintained excellent communication. His updates were always timely and contained all the information we needed for a smooth experience.

It was very clean and close to everything we needed. Loved the fenced in backyard for the littles. Definitely would stay again!

I will ALWAYS book this place when it's available! It was my 2nd time staying here and it was just as good as my first time. Super clean, no pet hair anywhere. Had all the amenities and supplies we could possibly need for our trip. 10/10 would recommend

We live locally and needed a place to stay while the interior of our house was being painted. It was close to our home which was a big plus for us. The property manager helped arrange additional nights when house wasn’t ready.We will recommend this property to friends and family that are expecting out of town guest.

This is the 2nd time we stayed there and highly recommend it!!! The first for Thanksgiving break and this time for our daughter’s college graduation. The host is very quick to respond to any issues. If we ever come back for a lengthy stay it’s my number one choice!

The cleaner out-did herself, I was shocked by how clean it was! I was a little worried because this place allows pets and I'm very allergic to pet dander, but I didnt see a single pet hair anywhere and had no issues my allergies never flared up (And I looked hard for any evidence of pet hair)The kitchen was well-stocked & had everything we needed. Every time I thought we'd have to run to Kroger, we wound up finding what we needed in the cabinets. The amenities just kept coming!The host was so helpful and responded within a few minutes every single time I had a question. I ended up extending our stay for an extra night and he replied immediately and made that process quick and easy for me.It was also surprisingly affordable for a place with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. I couldn't believe how little I paid for what was basically a whole house. The beds & couches were really comfy, I felt so at home while we were there.WOULD DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN!!

The location was great, close to the water and places to eat and shop. It’s a bonus they let you bring your pets but I was disappointed that 48 hours before check in I get told additional house rules regarding the pets. All rules should be disclosed up front. The back fence needs work. The door doesn’t shut well and there are holes that need filling. The beds were comfortable and clean. Cleanliness was just ok.

This was over second stay at this house. Micheal is so nice and easy to work with!! The house is clean and comfortable and easy to get to. We will be staying again!!

Owner was very easy to contact and made sure we were well taken care of. The place was very clean and appeared nearly new. The location was great, also. Very near to a Kroger supermarket and some great restaurants. Almost everything we needed was already there and check-in was easy, too. We will definitely try to stay there again when we are next in the area.

Very homey and good clean environment

Michael's proerty was perfect. Fantastic stay near the big lake with plenty of great restaurants, shopping and a convenient grocery store (Kroger) just down the street. The neighborhood was very pleasant and quiet. It made for a great getaway. My new must stay while in town visiting family and friends.
