Cozy 3-bedroom house in peaceful Spring Hill with WiFi, AC. Sleeps up to 15

This was a cute house that suited our needs almost perfectly. It's all recently remodeled and clean. The only issue I had was with the wording of the description...an additional living room with 2 sleeper sofas and 2 queen beds... there was one living room...with a sectional sofa that could sleep two but they were not sleepers or fold outs...and the 2 queen beds were in the third bedroom.It says it sleeps 15 but it can really only sleep 11 max. We were fine but I did have to reconfigure our group to accomodate.

Heat didn’t work. Then was really loud.

We had a few family members staying at the house. It was great that everyone had their own bed. My son was thankful for the gaming equipment. Getting into the house was a little tricky, but management responded quickly. There were not enough face cloths (I think there were 4?) and only 4 forks. The bed sheets had a bunch of cat/dog fur on them.

We stayed here over the weekend while visiting weeki wachee springs. Super close to the park, they had a nice list of activities to do around town and a variety of fun things in the house itself. VERY kid friendly! The only thing that worried me was the glass dining table. No top sheets, which was odd. VWe will definitely be back here.

The property was extremely clean and the location was a few minutes away from the stores. The kids loved the arcade console. Very spacious. I personally loved the outside room. Everyone enjoyed their stay there.

We loved the house it was perfect for our party of 10. The kids loved the games inside and the outdoor yard games. Very accurate description of the home and it was in a great neighborhood our boys got up and went out and jogged 2-3 miles every morning. The host was pleasant and I only ever needed to contact her when we got there for the code. Thanks for hosting!

House was very nice and clean. Plenty of room. Well stocked with games and kitchen utensils. Garage was great to park in. Neighborhood was good. My only complaint was that the back yard wasn’t fenced in and there was a wooded area back there. Besides that loved it.

I chose this home for the perfect 3 bedroom configuration, and 3 bathrooms so everyone could have space getting ready for our wedding, along with it being a few minutes away from from the venue. The 3 bathrooms are on the smaller side, with 2 of the shower stalls being tight. Other than that, they included so many thoughtful touches throughout. We really enjoyed starting our day with the delicious coffee while taking advantage of cooler weather sitting on the screen porch. We were a bit surprised to learn that the checkout time shown as noon in our booking/arrival details and their book on the glass table was inaccurate, and turned out to be 10:00! Overall an extremely clean, cozy place to stay, and very accommodating hosts!

My home on the Nature Coast was flooded from Hurricane Helene. One week later Hurricane Milton was set to hit our location. The home I rented kept me and my two dogs safe from the damage from that storm. The home was beautiful and very clean. The large yard edged with trees was perfect for walking my dogs. The owners were easy to work with and went out of their to make sure that we were safe and that all went well for us.

I love this house and enjoyed my stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay here again!

We had to quickly evacuate for Hurricane Helene and found this wonderful house. We had to extend our stay, since our entire neighborhood was destroyed. The owners were fabulous and offered any help they could! They kept in contact with us and even allowed us to help neighbors!

Host was really considerate on our needs, and left anything we could possibly need at the house for us. The house was perfect for our stay, and the kids really loved it. Would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, lots of thought went into amenities for the guests (especially for families that stay there). It was easy to communicate with the owners. Overall, very pleased.

The home was very clean and comfortable! We only used 1 of the 3 bedrooms for just 2 of us! The host Jess was on point with questions or any concerns!! Will definitely stay here again when in town!!!
