Cozy 3-bedroom house in peaceful Renton with WiFi, AC

This was an excellent home base for our stay in Renton. The house is convenient to downtown Renton and The Landing, as well as several grocery stores and restaurants. The house was well-stocked with most items, including laundry soap, which was nice! The host was also very responsive. My only minor complaint is that the kitchen could use some more flatware. Overall, I would recommend!

We had an excellent experience here. Everything was very clean, there were abundant supplies, and the host was super-responsive. I wondered if they were already typing their response before I hit send - ha!There were two conversation areas which was a bonus. Both had nice sized smart TVs with enough apps loaded to have many choices. The main bedroom also had a good sized TV.It was just a great place to stay and it was so nice to have laundry stuff available so I didn't have to run out and get some. We had a great 5 days there with our Aussie friends and would happily stay there again.

This was a great stay! It was spacious and comfortable for our large group! The kitchen had everything we needed and the two living rooms was nice to have. The house was very clean and easy to find! More importantly, great communication from the host. If we had a question, it was immediately answered! I highly recommend this stay and would stay again

Stay was great! House was clean and had been upgraded recently. Would have been wonderful to have had some kid-friendly toys and amenities like crib, high chair, etc. Mentioned that to the host and he was very welcoming of that feedback. We would definitely consider staying there again.

The house was updated, clean and well cared for. Lots of extra towels, linens and toiletries. My daughter enjoyed playing the Pac-Man machine. Host was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We will definitely stay here again.

This stay was for a new employee and his family while getting established in a new community; they were at the property for six weeks. There were no complaints; the property was perfect, the host's communication was very responsive and helpful, and the provisions met every need. Thank you Mike!

Very nice house and clise to everything

Really liked the home. Nicely furnished, clean, met our needs for a family get together. Rained the whole time we were there or would have enjoyed the yard with two small children. Host was very hospitable and came over when we had a problem with a kitchen appliance and solved it.

Spacious and clean. Perfect for 6 people. Mike was quick to respond. Provided good directions for getting in.

Super clean home with easy access to highways. Mike provided loads of extra towels and supplies. Minimalist aesthetic but still felt like a home. Equally comfortable for my 76-year old mom and our 2 boys, 9 & 12. We'd definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at this property. It had great amenities (AC, paper towels, soaps, etc), was clean and spacious.

The pictures of this property on the website were 100% accurate. It was spacious and attractive and very comfortable and cozy. We would definitely stay there again if we ever needed to be in Seattle. Mike was very attentive to our questions. Gaining entrance was easy when we arrived late at night. There is a nice big laundry room that came in handy. The kitchen was perfectly laid out as part of a great room situation that included a living and dining area as well as counter seating. We loved it! Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate so we were unable to enjoy the outside space.
