Stayed Jul 24, 2025The property is located very close to downtown Rockford. Owner provided plenty of paper prodicts and detergent for washing machine. Also he was quick to respond and very helpful. Just a few suggestions.... One would be to have more glassware and a corkscrew. Also, maybe upgrade linens and towels. Also to have working exhaust fans in bathrooms. We were somewhat disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. Attention to details is important. The ceiling fans in bedrooms were pretty dirty and we found dirty kitchen towels left in the sink. Also we found garbage in the cuboard and a bag a bakery that had been left in the kitchen cupboard. It had been there for a while. Also owner told us there were more towels in dryer. I did take them out and found a pair of women's underwear in the dryer.The neighborhood was a little sketchy, only saying in case just women are looking at property.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025Little worried about the neighborhood. When we arrived there were 3 police officers at the apartments across the street. I know that isn’t anything that can be helped. The apartments are a bit sketch. Otherwise everything was good. House was nice and spacious. Good location to the fields. Wish the back yard was usable.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025We had a wonderful family weekend at the house. The house was really nice, and the communication with the host was fantastic. The location was also very convenient, as it was close to downtown. Overall, it was a great stay. :)
