Was a nice place to stay during our trip

The only concern is that one of the bedrooms had problems with bedbugs. The individual was bitten on both arms, face, neck and back of hands. The other two rooms was not affected. Have pictures.

The house was dirty. Dirty dishes in the clean sink. Flour spilled through the cupboards. The toaster oven was not cleaned. Hair was found throughout bedding. Used bars of soap in the shower. Stains all over bedding. So much more…Could not stay there. Host was unresponsive. I did ask for a refund and was denied. We didn’t even sleep there! Stay away!

Charming house on a quiet street. Owner was very responsive. House was clean. Some of the electrical outlets are old and our chargers would not stay plugged in and no dishwasher. Otherwise, all was good. This house is about 15 minutes from USC and in a nice quiet area that is still very close to restaurants and shopping.

Excellent stay

My family and I booked here last minute for a 2 night stay and found it be everything we needed. The location to the interstate, grocery stores, and restaurants was something we greatly appreciated. Finally, the neighborhood is quiet which was a plus for us.

Great little house! We enjoyed our short stay!

Host was nice and attentive when we first arrived. The hot water was not the best and the kitchen could use more items but it works for a lot pick stay. After the first night my husband started having bites show up on him and itching. We just thought something was bitting him from outside or work. The bites continued to get worse to the point it was on a lot of his body. I eventually started getting bites as well. At that point we looked under the mattress as we didn’t see anything on the sheets and every renters worse nightmare.Home had bed bugs that we discovered during our stay. Host was very dismissive and blamed us like a bed bug infestation happens over night. I immediately contacted customer service and sent the pictures of the adult bed bugs and the eggs and also my husband’s chest arms back and face that are covered in bites. Host has not offered me any refund or a refund for the night she had me pay her via cash app. I understand things happen but saying it’s our fault because you check your houses quarterly is beyond me. Do not rent

The house was not what was described on the site. I did appreciate how quickly the host responded before my concerns but after I asked her about the house and its cleanliness she stopped responding to me completely.

Area/neighborhood is not the most appealing. Was fairly concerned when we first arrived with our 2 yr old, but ended up being okay overall.

The house was exactly as advertised. Everything that we needed was included and the property manager communicated with us regularly. It was a great value for a football weekend.

It was a lovely home

The house smelt like cigarettes, there was used wash rags in bathroom and soap with hairs on it and old vaoes and toothbrushes and razors. The back room smelt like trash from outside and it was not like the listing random things all out laying everywhere.

Perfect , quiet location. We stayed here for our son’s graduation from Basic training. Missy is very responsive! The house was perfect! Highly recommend.

We had my stepdaughter’s family and graduation with the army and this was only 20 minutes away from the army base so the was good. But I didn’t like the location of the house and it could have been cleaned better! Needs to be updated for the price you pay for two nights,

Easy check in

This was a very clean home. On a quiet street within a few minutes of shopping and eating establishments. Driving time was within 20-25 minutes to Fort Jackson.We were very pleased with our stay. And the owners are fantastic to work with!!

I really want to write a positive review but (nice little house in quiet neighborhood), checking in was a little confusing (house key inside with both back and front doors unlocked) Front door was really hard to open and close. Shower was dirty (hairs on shower wall). Toaster oven was dirty (burnt crumbs), unorganized kitchen. Towels in restroom need to be replaced, covers in bedrooms need to be replaced (Found a underwear tucked between bed sheets). Couldn't find the Roku remote easily. The house is nice but, I guess it's in a process of remodeling. I liked the neighborhood, it's nice and quiet. Please make changes so other families can enjoy without any problems.

100% recommend. House was comfortable and felt like home. Host kept communication and worked with me for a later check out. Definitely check out and stay here.

It was a decent stay. We came down to visit and attend my daughters family day and graduation at Fort Jackson some of the beds were outdated and old but overall the house was nice and clean with the exception of one bug that was left there dead due to a treatment cleaning we enjoyed the stay though very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors some of the outlets didn’t work in the bedrooms

The house had everything we needed and was conveniently located for everything we needed to do.

The house was beautiful we were greeted with open arms and the stay was amazing the comfort within the rooms the air conditioning was amazing and the area was so pretty and private overall 10/10 stay can’t wait to go back

Excellent host

There were some nice features and plenty of space for us all. It seems like the house is being updated and that is good. It would be nice to have coffee or tea available. There were some appliances, such a kierig but no pods. That would be a big positive when you are only staying a short time and don’t plan on shopping. It worked out great while attending my daughters graduation.

The house was nice, the perfect size for 4 people staying there for a couple nights. Plenty of towels for everyone. Location was super convenient for going to and from Fort Jackson. Easy to get around to everything we needed.

House was comfortable and location was good for weekend activities. Baseball game at Founders Park and Zoo less than 15 minute drive.

It was such a cozy little house. Very pretty and very clean. It was our first time to South Carolina. I would definitely stay here again!!
