Stayed Aug 28, 2025House was well cleaned before our arrival. Many kitchen appliances to utilize (coffee makers, toaster, air fryer, blender) as well as soaps, dish soaps, towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. They also provided beach boogie boards, sand castle supplies, and chairs if needed. The washer and dryer worked very well and quickly. The property location is only 10 min away from the entrance of Pier 60 and we felt safe in the area. We parked our car right in front of the house which had room for another vehicle if needed. The living room is huge and well decorated. We did not use it, but there is an outside patio with ceiling fan, swing, and table/chairs as well. The showers were standard grade and a bit short for me as a 6’ guy, and we struggled to maintain hot water but I attibuted this mostly to kids using it all first, lol.

Stayed Mar 29, 2025This property was perfect for our family of 4. We stayed almost a week and even had my mother in law over for dinner most nights. There was plenty of room. We loved the back porch, kitchen, family room, and especially the bedroom options. We hope to stay here again next year.
