Cozy 3-Bedroom Duplex

House was stocked with essentials. And the host was very easy to work with

We have stayed at this property multiple times. Owners are prompt with responses and it is a clean, comfortable place to stay both short and longer term.

When we entered the property, the first thing we smelled was urine. The hallway bathroom had not been flushed, needless to say not a pleasant welcome. The kitchen walls had been scraped and scarred, not sure how long that had been present. Trash in the garage was overflowing. We sent pictures to the hosts who told us that they would take care of it, saying that that is not how they usually run things, and said “we will make it right“, thinking we would get a partial refund, but nothing of the sort occurred. We have a rental property ourselves, and understand the meaning of customer service. We also had an incident where two adults were knocking on the door on our last night; we texted the owners, but they texted back that they were just kids in the neighborhood, but this was not the case. We are extremely disappointed in yhe overall experience.

We had a great stay here! Everything we needed was readily available which was so nice. It would have been nice to have had a bigger yard, since we had our kids and dogs but we made due ok. The beds were too firm for us but that is just our opinions. Overall, I would stay here again, great central location and comfortable!

Our stay was so pleasant! The home was super clean. Everything well stocked. And communication with the hosts was always quick. They even helped us get back in the house when we locked ourselves out! They were great. We look forward to staying again for next year's ball tournament.

Snow and ice was not cleared from the driveway/walkways creating a safety hazard. They require you to keep the thermostat at 70 rather than being able to adjust it to your comfort level. The kid room has lamp fixtures at the head of the bed. They are placed in a manner that the kids would’ve easily hit their head on them if the rolled over towards the wall in the middle of the night.

Perfect stay!

Host was easy to communicate with. Good layout and cozy. Great location. Appreciated how well stocked the home was. Nice to show up and not need to run out for trash bags, toilet paper, soap, detergent etc. Will definitely stay here again.

Neighborhood is great, lots of shops and restaurants within a short distance. Home was very clean and had everything we needed.

This duplex is in a great area - close to lots of shopping and restaurants while also quiet. Beautiful inside and tastefully decorated. Love the huge tv - watched a few games on it. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Being able to use the garage was a huge plus. We’ll be back - thanks!

We had a long weekend planned in Wichita for 3 friends and a child. This little 3 bedroom duplex was the perfect place for us to have our own space, but also be able to spend time together once we got done with our day's activities. There was a closet full of games which we made use of and enjoyed very much. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. A perfect little home away from home.

We had a great stay at this VRBO in Wichita, KS! The location was perfect, close to lots of restaurants, shops, and other amenities, making it super convenient for everything we needed. The home itself was very clean and well-kept, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. It was easy to get in and out, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend this spot if you're visiting the area!

The property is nicely outfitted with all needed supplies. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and linens. We stayed on a holiday weekend so we expected noise from neighbors. It did go pretty late though (midnight ish) and the two bedrooms our kids slept in were closest to that neighbor which was slightly problematic. Not sure it would have been better elsewhere though given it was a holiday weekend. One thing that did bother me as a safety issue was that their patio table with a glass top had apparently broken and it was cleaned up prior to our arrival but the table was laid over in the yard part with shards of broken glass still on the edges. We just kept the kids out of the yard apart to avoid any accidents once we realized it but hopefully it gets removed soon. Overall the stay was good. We would most likely stay again.

The home was very clean and perfect for our stay. My family lives nearby so the location was great. Access was easy. Response time is very prompt. We will definitely rent again when we are in town. Thank you!

We were looking for a place for three adults to stay for three nights and were very pleased one we saw this option online. The pictures posted show a very clean tidy setting. It has begun to show constant use, with marks all over the walls, baseboards, etc.. The neighborhood was great. We were two hours down the road after we left before we were able to check our email with our checkout instructions. It would have been helpful if instructions had been posted somewhere in the house on what occupants were to do with bedding, dishes, etc. upon leaving. All in all, it was an OK place to stay, just not as pristine as the pictures show.

My family and my little girls best friend met in Wichita for a first time trip together for their birthdays. The place was fabulous and met all of our needs. The host is very responsive and answered questions quickly. Def will stay here, again for any future trips to Wichita.

Overall this was a great property. The property was clean and comfortable. The location is close to New market square which has all the food and shopping you need. The communication was very good. We realized while we were there that we needed to book an extra night and since they didn't have any immediate reservations, they were happy to accommodate us which was very much appreciated. The only negatives were that the trash bin in the garage was already full and overflowing which wasn't that big of a deal. More importantly, Wichita has recently had a significant amount of ice and snow and no attempts were made to clear or salt the area prior to our arrival. We are local ourselves and were staying there while doing a local move so we did a fair bit of shoveling ourselves that week between our 2 homes. This was particularly disappointing because we had communicated our needs for the property to be safe for my elderly mother-in-law with mobility issues. Obviously this isn't an everyday occurrence and unlikely to affect anyone else wanting to stay here because it was actually unusual weather for the area. Truly it was otherwise a fabulous place.

We stayed at Crystal and Mike's VRBO for a week with our two teenagers and could not have asked for a better experience. The property was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds for all, functional bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen.The check in and checkout processes were simple and convenient and the owners were very clear on arrival and departure requirements.We wholeheartedly recommend this property for your next stay in Wichita. I know we will be looking no further!

Just right for what we wanting

Stayed here for a second time while working nearby. It is a comfortable house and we didn't have any problems at all.

Overall, this was a great property for our annual girls Christmas shopping weekend. Location of the VRBO was great and easy to find. The space was great, nicely decorated, but not cluttered while having enough seating for the 5 of us. It had all we needed to cook a meal for us all. The dishwasher was not functioning so we had to wash dishes by hand.

Overall it was a great stay! The house was beautiful and located exactly where we needed to get to all of our activities. We are looking forward to staying there again.

The property was open and clean. The check in process was smooth and easy and the duplex was just as listed. The neighborhood is quiet and the selection for restaurants nearby is excellent.

This is a wonderful spot to stay while in Wichita. Lots of food, shopping and convenient location. Nice little community of duplexes in a developing area.

The property owners keep it very nice. They were great to talk with if I needed anything. Comfortable beds and the kitchen has all you need for meals. There is a small fenced sitting area next to the front door. I have already booked another stay for work. Great Place.

The house is very new and open inside. It was a pretty standard stay and the host was very helpful.

This rental was perfect for our family. It was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was spacious and clean. Really nothing complain about. Be aware that you will be forced to buy insurance and the checkout process which was a little bit aggravating.

We had a great stay with Crystal and Mike. We locked ourselves out and they were awesome and quickly got us in the home. The beds we very comfortable. The home is nicely furnished. Very pleasant. We work stay with them again!

This place was very clean and well maintained. Very often with VRBO, there is something quirky or weird that you wonder about. This one did not have any of that, it was just normal which was nice. The check in process was easy as was the check out process. We did not have reason to communicate with the owners past that but they were nice enough and easy to access. This was not a big place but it worked fine for us. We had 6 adults and 2 children under 2. There was plenty of room for 6 adults to sleep. Our babies slept in a pack & Play that we brought with us and one slept with their parents. The beds were comfortable. I would say that while the sleeping accommodations were adequate, the seating was limited. There was not enough seating for the 6 of us to sit in the family room and visit or to sit around the table to eat. With 2 babies, we ordered in food a couple times and each time some of us were standing to eat our meal. The dining room table was a wicker table with 4 wicker chairs and while it was cute, it was not very comfortable or functional. But honestly, this was a minor issue and we were able to easily work around it. It is located far out on the West side of Wichita which worked great for us. We were still close to everything you might need; food, fuel, groceries, shopping. Overall, this place met our expectations and we were very happy with our stay here.

We enjoyed all the amenities preparing for our daughter’s wedding. Kitchen, bathroom and laundry room well stocked. Comfortable beds and linens. Would stay here again!
