Stayed Mar 27, 2026Very good location although area around the vrbo is a little depressed. Jenny Turner was fantastic to work with. Always returned my texts and called me personally to inform me of early check-in if I wanted! Absolutely loved the history of this small fishing village and would consider returning sometime

Stayed Jan 15, 2026This listing was exactly as advertised. Pet friendly, three bedrooms, den, kitchen, dining area, and two bathrooms. It's a little off the beaten path of Apalachicola, but not too far from town that we didn't get to enjoy our stay. And the price was fabulous! Normally we pay almost twice as much for 5 blocks closer and not as much room! The property manager was fabulous too! We didn't need any extras - but we knew she was available if we did!

Stayed Mar 18, 2025The house and all the appliances seem new. Just as the listing indicated. Only issue is the location: away from downtown and the neighborhood can potentially feel uncomfortable. It is definitely the best house in the area.
